I believe rep tv is next. I don’t think it’s responsible to release ts11 in a month lol

I don't know what's better: seeing the washed up fads stans fuming at Taylor's success or the 80s/90s girls stans fuming at Taylor's success

TS11 in November?

If she actually surprise drops TS11 in November and we get a #1 from Lover (Cruel Summer), 1989(TV) (probably SLVT!) and TS11 lead single within weeks :hoetenks:
I obviously wont complain about her releasing any new material but i'd rather see her finish the TV project and release TS11 in late 2024/early 2025.
But i definitely feel like she finished recording the TVs months ago and her recent visits to the studio were for TS11 :gaycat4:

Late 2024 seems perfect for TS11 still. Reputation could come in like February, mixtape in the summer, and a new album next October on Speak Now's 14th birthday :gaycat5: Plus, she does already have the beginnings of another Eras Tour NA leg scheduled at that time, and we all know about the two year schedule she used to keep.

But honestly the Eras Tour is such a malleable concept that it could also totally be used to promote a new album, so a surprise drop sooner wouldn't be a bad idea. I don't think she's at risk of any kind of overexposure at this point. I just don't want to get greedy and expect it.

i might be on the unpopular side but i'd prefer if she released TS11 after all the rerecordings are out

I think the only way a Taylor release in November won’t feel overwhelming is if it’s a Christmas project. The era will finish in December and then rep TV won’t be announced until Feb

I can't decide which aesthetic I love more, the it girl mother era (2022-2023 present), or the cottage core "grandma" era (2020-2022)?

i was so onboard the Fall 2024 timeline for TS11 previously when the last tour date was August in London. seems like perfect time to announce a new album at the last show of the Eras Tour and release it in Oct/Nov (basically the pre-Lover/Midnights formula).

but then the new US/Canada dates threw me off, cause it'll be lasting way into late November and i don't see her starting off a new era (and a highly anticipated one at that) just so randomly.

i'm starting to think it's gonna be early 2025 instead, maybe tied with the halftime show.

reputation - Feb 2024

i literally cannot imagine TS11 dropping this year. its just incomprehensible, theres just too much going on, too much to be done...naur. if i had to make a prediction:

• feb 2024 - rep TV announced at one of the tokyo dates

• april/may 2024 - rep tv release

• august 2024 - debut TV announced

• october 25th, 2024 - debut TV released (a day after it's 18th birthday!!1!)

• november 23rd, 2024 - the eras tour concludes

• winter 2024 - eras tour live album is released (assuming it isn't released earlier in the year idk)

• february 2025 - super bowl halftime show, ends with an easter egg/teaser for TS11, but no formal announcement

and then TS11 is released sometime in late summer to fall 2025. i don't think she'll do the same mysterious rollout she did with midnights, but she won't do a fuller campaign like with her pre-covid albums either. just a lead single and thats it :giraffe:

One thing that kinda cheeses me about all that we are getting is that Midnights (album) kinda got a little bit eclipsed to a certain extent. It obviously is also benefiting from all the hype going on right now but to an extent I feel like it got nerfed a bit because of all Speak Now TV, Cruel Summer smashing out of nowhere etc...

Also I'm a little tilted that all the songs that got mvs represent the more lighter, vibrant, boppy type of tracks on the album (Anti-Hero, LH, Karma and Bejeweled)...I kinda hate that a song like You're on Your Own Kid didn't get an mv to represent the other side of Midnights :'( It feels a bit like an incomplete era for how huge it is imo. I would love nothing more than for YOYOK to become a sort of unofficial - official single after the 1989 TV smashery happens and after the holidays. Like just casually drop it to some radio formats, add it to a few playlists, maybe give a cute tour visual for it and let it do its thing during her quiet time before leg 2 of the tour
