Doesn’t SNL usually announce their musical guests at the beginning of every month? And they did for every week except the 28th. Inch resting

I used to go there a lot when I lived in the area. I just had to move to Brooklyn.

I'm so over Manhattan. Once I'm done with school, I'm either moving to BK or going back home to California lol.

Will end up like this:

“Dylan O’Brien played drums on Snow on the Beach.”

Bish, where?  Where are the drums on that song?!?

I wanna know why his ass wasn’t at the Eras tour after how close they had become, allegedly his girlfriend is an OTH so I’m curious…

Hope it's not a host and perform so we don't have to see Lord "acting" again.

as a matter of fact, a lot of Speak Now songs haven’t been successfully re-created.

It is true that The Story Of Us remains one of a kind that has yet to be recreated. :WAP:

And when Travis suddenly has credits for playing the triangle on a TS11 song? :ryan3:

At least that would mean she's aware of his musical talent levels :ryan3:

This is a bit of an issue in the fandom...

My boyfriend signed up to an app which was supposed to bring Taylor Swift fans together but then he quickly clocked most of the people that DM'd him were under 13... he's 26.

Needless to say he deleted his account :rip:

This reminds me of when she sent in that video to accept some random award during the pandemic, and it was her in front a blank white wall. Everyone was analyzing her behavior claiming she was signaling for help with hand signs that are used for victims of abuse or women who have been kidnapped :deadbanana2:

Does anyone remember that

That was a wild time.

I am so glad RFI gets its dues these days. I feel like it was unappreciated in its initial run since it kind of failed as a follow up to LWYMMD, but it’s an AMAZING album opener, her best tour opener to date, and one of the HIGHEST points of the Eras Tour. :clap3:

when I tell you everyone and their mothers were GASPING at the whole puta set during my showing, it was insane. My jaw dropped when don’t blame me transitioned to look what you made me do. LWYMMD’s live arrangement is absolutely incredible.

In fact, as album openers go:

State of Grace

Ready For It?

Fearless

the 1

Lavender Haze

willow

Mine

Tim McGraw

Welcome to New York

I Forgot That You Existed

First tier is AMAZING, second tier is great/really good, Third tier is bad :dies:

Welcome to NY is not bad. The 1 and willow > fearless.

Oh yeah rep the set was definitely the best part of my film screening too. But the 4 friends I went with and I are pretty much all Puta stans so we also added to that crowd hype exponentially.

Also yea I loved getting to hear some of the live arrangement aspects in the film that I couldn’t hear when I attended the show

Maybe the TV will change my mind but I’ve never liked it. It’s SUUUUCH a massive downgrade from her previous opener (State of Grace) and it’s made even weaker by the next 4-5 track run on 1989 :deadbanana: But ok maybe “bad” was me being harsh. Now if New Romantics had been the opener it’d be top 3, whew

I can see the argument for the folk+more openers. Fearless is just imbued with this nostalgia that the 2 you mentioned haven’t combatted yet, they’re obviously great songs though. But I think their parent albums are so strong that both tracks don’t necessarily land in the top 5 of their track lists! (Which speaks to the overall quality of both projects)

State of Grace is really her best opener and totally unique song. And she completely wrote it by herself. I want TS11 to be an arena rock album.

I don’t think the world could have handled pressing play on 1989 and hearing New Romantics > Blank Space > Style, I fear entire democracies would crumble to the ground
