Ofc her fans havent and wont ever turn against her .. that was never the case even when it was ''cool'' to hate her back in the day. What i mean is that i've noticed the public/non fans getting more annoyed by her after getting shown every 2 mins on the NFL broadcast, which tbh i get.. if i dont care about Taylor and just want to watch football i wouldnt wanna see her reaction after every play or her name overshadowing the game. And ofc its not really her fault what the NFL show on their broadcast. Obviously they are just taking this opportunity to make some money off her name

I dont think the hate will ever get as bad as back in the day, but i feel like shes been pretty liked even by non fans in the last couple of years and now i've started seeing the first signs of overexposure (i actually follow the nfl and i've just read a bunch of comments that were like this ''I dont dislike Taylor but if the broadcast is gonna show her reaction after every play they are gonna make me dislike her. I just want to watch the game and not a Taylor fancam'')

taylor is a certified entertnaiment legend.  After 2 year of overexposition she will take a year of break and everyone will wait for a new album. She's over the phases of being too much loved, too much hated or too much everything. It's just what it is:

‘She is a snake – in the most positive way!’ How Taylor Swift became the world’s biggest pop star, again

In 2015, the singer’s career looked shaky as the media and public turned on her. But after the battle for her masters, her intimate lockdown records and the all-conquering Eras tour, she’s reclaimed her crown – and is now immune to hate

also sport fans doesn't matter, they hate women anyways and expect for the super bowl they boo every pop act performing during a break- pre game.

The Guardian sure sounds like a set up.

She’ll be on tour overseas anyway. US overexposure averted.

you all act as Taylor isn't just a genius totally know what you need to dominate pop culture. You don't dominate pop culture by being just loved by everyone, it's good for a certain time but then then it's nothing more boring and a ggood way to bein forgotten than being loved by everyone and always making the right thing. Phases of being loved, phases of being more divisive it's what you need to stay relevant.

While some of you always have a thermometer to measure every week how loved she is she is just living her life while planning the chaos to push sl ut and Reputation TV

I don’t think we’re talking about the same thing anymore.

I hope SOTB becomes a single. Karma is DONE. Cruel Summer is an anomaly.

With that said, only Lover and Red has skips for me, with Lover as the worst offender.

Lover would have been great if it was more acoustic.  The lyrics are melodies are there but the productions are too cotton candy.

Karma is +7 this week on the charts :gaycat5:

And Anti-Hero back up to #18. Shake It Off, you are bones!

Fearless is a Top 5 album in her discography, I hate how it’s constantly so underrated by the fans. We ended up getting 26 songs out of that era and there’s two skips—and those aren’t even awful, just boring. Meanwhile, the highs are high. Ugh, an album.

The transition into Fearless during the Eras tour gave me the biggest goosebumps :wanda:

Actually, I think it might have gotten the second biggest reception at both of my shows, in terms of the audience getting hyped for the era when they realized what was coming.

Lover has the worse individual songs (there’s nothing as bad as London Boy on Red, except Stay 3x), but there’s far more skips on Red’s bloated ass. :shakeno:

I’ve said this before on here, but seeing the Eras transition for Fearless live made me make the gayest noise I’ve ever made in my life. :toofunny2: It was also a big moment at both of my shows! I’m not sure if it’s because it was the first transition of the show, but it definitely got one of the biggest receptions of the nights. I know Love Story was absolutely in the top 3 loudest moments of the shows.

Why is this baking challenge being hyped up by Taylornation? Is the baking industry next in line for conquest?

Lmao, it would be so Taylor-like for her to venture into the food industry when all the other girlies are doing the makeup industry.

The new Martha Stewart (hopefully without the jail time) :jonny5:

I've written about it before, she would absolutely DOMINATE if she were to come out with a housewares line/become a domestic arts media empire. She would probably dominate commercially in make-up/fashion if she wanted to as well, but those don't seem natural for her.

Think of a line of Taylor Swift™ pots and pans. Rachel Ray found s***ing, crying, screaming on the floor. :WAP:

I’d love to see this new sister album war. Winner vs. Sacred.

Winner everyday!

Spoiler

Although they both rank towards the bottom of her discography for me, a mid off indeed :gaycatx:

i think she'll announce tour gross once its done, she wants the title biggest of all time instead of biggest female of all time :biblionana:

ugh, november 2024 is another year :gaycatx:

The audacity to discuss skips without mentioning:

WTNY, SIO, BB, IKP, NR

IDSB, LWYMMD, SIG, TIWWCHNT, NYD

sacRED got zero skips no matter what anyone says while Winner got a couple and they still better than the abominations above :coffee2: and let’s not start with Mid
