itsjem Posted August 1, 2023 Posted August 1, 2023 Anyways, she just had the biggest month ever for an artist on Spotify, being the first act ever to surpass 3B streams in a month with more than 3.1B in July, surpassing the previous best month set by Bad Bunny at 2.64B 3

Eóghan Posted August 1, 2023 Posted August 1, 2023 just poppin in here to say that i pray that "August" gets a new peak this month with the whole Eras hype and all a true masterpiece that is is much more deserving of becoming a single than "Cruel Summer" 2

But August I like more It needs full single treatment as it is currently a Stan classic, it has major potential to be GP classic as well with full single treatment next summer. And then her next era could start fall 2024 after august smashes in the summer.

Michael196 Posted August 1, 2023 Posted August 1, 2023 You just know that they’re revealing this to ‘soften the blow’ when the US boxscores get revealed next week or so, since many will try to drag the ticket prices
fridayteenage Posted August 1, 2023 Posted August 1, 2023 i do get somewhat concerned about the us numbers when there's no active hype from 2-3 shows every week here

I think the boxscores may be truly astronomical, beyond any of the projections we've seen from Billboard, Pollstar, etc. Pollstar implied that their $13M/night average for the entire tour was extremely conservative. I think they know the gross from VIP tickets is enormous. Denver Post reported $19M/night in Denver. 1
