The interview is from february, and after that she did the India gig and has been in LA quite a lot too.

I think she has not an album ready, and she is not rushed at all by her situation, she wants to take her time and do what she feels like doing, and she is in her right to do so.

 

It's sad for us navy? yep.

 

But I get it.

I have this feeling her marketability has stagnated in the past 12 months or so and her brands have declined, obviously her marketability and appeal will always lie primarily in music so part of me believes she will be forced to come back to music sooner than later if Savage and FB are declining (or continue to decline, also this is all just me speculating before ya'll @ me).

 

But the other half of me thinks she genuinely doesn't care and is just going to do whatever (or nothing), I feel like there's no direction for anything anymore I'm so over speculating

Idk anything about their numbers but I think FB must be doing pretty good? SxF is destined to die imo, she should sell it while it's worth something. Anyway, I don't want music from her if she's gonna make it to boost her brands lol. Give us a passion project or retire sis!

I mean FB is an established brand, but I reckon its sales have stagnated and the brand has lost a bit of its hype. I could be wrong though

Don't you remember why she did the Superbowl? I said prior to the show that she was primarily doing it for the exposure for her and her brands and ya'll came for me and said music was coming in 2023

I still believe the album is coming this year.....it's now or never. There's no way she's gonna muster up the motivation to release another studio album ever again if she doesn't do it now. She will have more kids, more businesses, and more reasons to doubt herself. Sigh....why is she like this

It's kind of pathetic how she acts these days, what the hell was that interview? What does she mean she doesn't even have the songs yet, it's been 10 years and she has had all the possible resources in the world all this time? 

At this point it just looks like that music was never her passion after all and she was indeed an industry plant that labels used to push out quick lil singles.

FB is still doing fabulous and i don't see it slowing down like that. the only thing about FB is that there hasn't been any new products that people are instantly drawn to. when she first launched there was the foundation in the 40+ shades. then came body lava and the liquid lipstick that was really good. then she had a a few releases each year that would be pushing and cool. the last year or so, it's kind of been meh.

I disagree with this - people are allowed to evolve. She might not be so passionate about it now (and not sure we can say that either, regardless of that sh*tty interview and all the others where she just deflects and gives excuses) but she definitely was, in my opinion
