PF had dated beats on arrival and questionable singing. TPP has production that still holds up and tolerable singing, and has rap verses sprinkled here and there. 10 out of the 17 tracks off TPP I would classify as rap, which is pretty good I’d say. And then add the bonus tracks and it’s a solid rap album (her most introspective we’ve gotten from her) with a blend of her classic pop tracks mixed in.

 

PF is iconic ofc, but TPP is simply a mature evolution from it. And I do not want any Check it outs, super bass, Last Chance, Save Me, nun of that. I think it’s crazy to ask something like that from her this late into her career, especially when we have bangers like We Go Up, RRDS, and Bahm Bahm
