Yeah to get more GP awareness she needs to do something unexpected and grand. Republic needs to think of something clever for Pink Friday 2 to make people aware. I think doing those fan challenges and contests some artists do on the street like Summer Walker did with the hard drive is a fun idea.

Does anyone else feel like this album coming out is such a non-event? Even queen felt bigger to me, no one in real life cares about no damn pink friday 2.. we need a BIG single or a miracle in general, I'm so pissed she couldn't get it together with all this time.

Obviously her intention wasn’t for LTISY to flop so there would be a single impacting. Hopefully there will be a new single soon. There’s still a month left until the album release so it could tirncar

I think the Billboard Awards and EMA are next month.she should book SNL as well.

She will be fine. There is a month to go. She  will definitely attend and perform at the upcoming award shows. She has jingle bell coming up. She will do the late night talk shows. 
 

But those are the old ways of promo. 
 

she also already planned ways to reach the younger generation with the Kai interview that’s coming up and the other guy 💀.

 

she also hint at a single with her replying to the radio station and todaytophits.

 

I am trusting the process because she’s beginning to do everything right. It’s still too early to do intense promo but her focusing on the photoshoot, sign CDs, Vinyls etc now is a good as the sales are coming in and everything she does after will only increase everything.
 

We are probably at 30k sales already and this is before she starts to really do promo. 
 

Also, I am pretty sure that she finished the album some time last week 💀

We may even get the documentary before that can build hype. The general public is definitely aware, they are always commenting under tik tok videos. 
 

But I do think she has something grand. She also stated that she is getting all of our faves in the album. I think if she can get a solid 3 features, that will build even more hype. I am pretty sure Billie and Ariana is on it. I hope she can get Rihanna/Kendrick or Taylor, which will really build the hype. She’s also hyping the track list a lot. 
 

if she does the lock that Summer walker did, the barbz will definitely find a way to destroy it 💀.

 

But really once she release  great single and promote it (she should release a major collab). She will definitely be on her way to 300k.

She could’ve tied something to breast cancer awareness month in October, as a fundraiser / tour ticket competition with complimentary boob signing.

This is ideal but Nicki's a serial liar. We never actually got a lot of things that were promised and nobody really knows why HBO Max dropped the documentary. I'm not actually sure Billie and Ariana are on the album - they repost each other from time to time but that doesn't really mean anything. Plus, we were all convinced she was on Drake's and Taylor's albums and she wasn't. Nothing feels predictable with Nicki. 

 

She really has the potential to do something massive. It's always confused me how other pop / rap girls are able to have great visuals accompanying their songs and we had RRDS shot in Nicki's backyard. Even Queen delivered us some good visuals but this era pales in comparison.

Like how iconic would it be if she did a music video with all her alter egos and looks from Pink Friday in one - just to let the GP reminisce the good ole Pink Friday days. Something like what Taylor did with LWYMMD. Or if she was able to create a Pink Friday universe where the looks / songs all tied in with one another...there's just so much potential

I don’t think she released an official single from her album as yet. I think the official single will come with a great video. I hope that I’m not just hopeful, but she seems to really be working rn.

Also in the last few weeks, 3 or arguably the biggest artists this decade released, Bad Bunny, Drake and Taylor, so I understand why she didn’t release anything major.

she absolutely should do something like this. Not only would it be amazing word of mouth marketing for the album but it also doesn't require her having to do too much herself (no shade)

Yeah, this makes a lot of sense and I really hope this is the strategy.
