I don’t think it applies to SCYHM cuz it has not gone recurrent yet. That is why under the Mistletoe charted two years in a row 
 

a song is permanently moved to "recurrent status" if it has spent 20 weeks on the Hot 100 and fallen below position number 50

Sure, but It's Christmas. People want joy, light, and bliss with booming instruments and sounds. UTT checks all those boxes. The only other song she has that matches it is SCYHM, which looks poised to follow the success of UTT and Santa Tell Me.
