To be fair, the video has several interesting moments that were spoken about across social media for some time particularly the immaculately choreographed dance sequences. A lot of TikTok videos were made trying to imitate it so that’s probably why.

R&B songs dont even typically do well on Spotify, unless it goes viral or something on social media like Heartbreak Anniversary 

 

This was semi viral on Tik Tok so it'd be wierd if it didnt.

 

Damage has like 65 million on Spotify & 102 million on YT. But it was top 40 Year End on Apple Music, that's where most of its streams come from.
