MardinBeksloy Posted April 3, 2022 Posted April 3, 2022 Despite being called an underperforming lead by ATRL, his newest lead single just crossed 1 billion streams on spotify. His streaming power is just
Carrie-is-no-1 Posted April 3, 2022 Posted April 3, 2022 Longevity. Its peak is no where near as huge as his previous singles but it’s been staying in top 15 ww Spotify for a very long time. dude has 10 1B songs now and Shivers will probably join the club soon
Mariano Posted April 3, 2022 Posted April 3, 2022 This song sucks and made 0 impact and will be forgotten soon, it can have 2B streams and it still did nothing for Ed Sheeran as an artist or for his career, it's a basic and generic background music at best.
Icarus Posted April 3, 2022 Posted April 3, 2022 I remember Little Monsters initially saying Stupid Love was bigger, so I’m surprised to see this. Talent and quality won I guess
simmnfierzig Posted April 3, 2022 Posted April 3, 2022 So it has 43-44% of the streams from the album. Mess
simplywohoo Posted April 3, 2022 Posted April 3, 2022 good for him and i like the song but i also just checked the streams of his album and they are pretty terrible besides the singles 6/14 songs below 30m streams 10/14 songs below 50m streams the 3rd single hasn't even cracked 150m streams not saying he isn't successful anymore but this era definitely is not nearly as big as even that collabs album, let alone a previous studio album of his.
Jude Posted April 3, 2022 Posted April 3, 2022 I didn't really like it at first but it grew a lot. No wonder it's now at 1B.
aesthetic bih Posted April 3, 2022 Posted April 3, 2022 It's catchy and make good TikTok bg music so I'm not surprised!
little legend Posted April 3, 2022 Posted April 3, 2022 I said it since day 1 and i will say it again: Bad Habits is the Bad Romance of the 20s
PopFan1996 Posted April 3, 2022 Posted April 3, 2022 Lots of radio play and playlisting but also his singles are always catchy NGL so they have replay value. Also it technically took long enough for his standards.
Mr. Duff Posted April 3, 2022 Posted April 3, 2022 It’s insane, a great song but Shivers deserved (but it will also likely to get there). Happy for this song and it gets better with every listen but I really wish Overpass Graffiti got the love this song got. Oh well. Ed keeps winning.
Polgg48 Posted April 3, 2022 Posted April 3, 2022 it does sound outstanding good on playlisting and radio, but people dont seek this track directly on his page or album. if you know what i mean.
Into The Void Posted April 3, 2022 Posted April 3, 2022 Underperfming and Billion don't belong in the same sentence
TakeYouToHell Posted April 3, 2022 Posted April 3, 2022 It may be controversial opinion but if it was sung by female singer, gays would eat it up
Jaffery Posted April 3, 2022 Posted April 3, 2022 Justice ended equals. It’s double as successful and half it’s streams doesn’t come from just one song.
