With her allegedly doing Lollapalooza India in January 2024, the lead HAS to be coming in Q4 no? I'm fully expecting a FN-esque schedule

I’m expecting lead in October.. Hopefully she’ll change up her hair like she did for FN. That would be iconic honestly and I feel like that tactic of changing look for each era is pretty great.

I'm kinda thinking there will be some tracks like St Vincent's Daddy's Home if they're fully committing to the 70s influence. Obviously poppier than that cause she's a MPG and not an indie girl.

 

After FN's critical acclaim, I think she'll want to keep the cohesiveness going. She wouldn't want to lose the critics darling status.

I dont think the Xtina comparison is fair. No offense to any fighters here but her albums were bloated, panned, and underperformed. FN is universally acclaimed by critics and listeners. The era lasted an eternity and produced several global smashers. The tour also ended in Nov 2022 so she was still in the public eye during all this time. I think covid was a factor here too. The only way I see her suffering the same fate is if she truly disappears for a long period of time after a bad/flop album because she still doesn't have a big enough fanbase to afford that imo.

 

THAT said, I do hope she moves faster in the future.

I actually don’t think so, she’s been in the studio with Kevin, but she’s been with Danny way more. I think he’s going to be the main contributor
