Pheromosa Posted December 5 Posted December 5 No "Why?" or "Surprised?" in the title? ATRL is losing it's touch

dreww Posted December 6 Posted December 6 HMHAS 20M yesterday and 350K to #1 most streamed female album. I wonder when GNX starts slowing down if she can reclaim the #1 spot before Christmas. 6-7 months after release would be CRAZY. 4

Jonasl91 Posted December 8 Posted December 8 https://atrl.net/forums/topic/493392-site-stability-upcoming-downtime-on-12924/ Critical Database Issues One of the most significant factors contributing to our instability is the size of our database tables. The post table currently sits at 25GB, and the search table is 27GB, bringing us alarmingly close to the maximum memory available on our server. This is placing an enormous strain on the system and directly causing the crashes and performance issues that many of you have experienced. To address this, we've decided to take a major step: archiving older posts and threads. Here's what this means: • Posts and threads from the last two years will be archived. • Archived threads will still be accessible for viewing (unlike the previous methods in 2021), but they won't be searchable on-site. However, you will still be able to search for them via Google. • Think of this as a new wing of classic ATRL, preserving content while improving site performance. Guess that answers why the album thread was locked too

Guess that answers why the album thread was locked too hmm the album is not even 7 month old still doesn't make sense to me when there's still award season, album and singles are still smashing everywhere, grammy campaign is rolling and all nominees should have their threads active imo. I'm sure there's hundreds and hundreds of album threads from the last 2 years they could archive before Billie. But wtv... not surprised at all tbh
Dash_inthedark Posted December 8 Posted December 8 (edited) here's the whole segment from CBS Sunday morning If I understood correctly there will be a part 2 coming out next Tuesday (10th) https://youtu.be/THGSsrBsNKI?si=kfM3riR-8nTRTu7M BTW everyone crying (you know who I'm talking about) on twt about her and the campaign attacking even the way she sits but Anthony Mason clocked their asses as he should LOL Edited December 8 by Dash_inthedark 1
