How is that a set-up? Taylor has a huge audience as well, but outside of BTS and Taylor who has a bigger fanbase? And Harry is pulling bigger numbers than Taylor on socials.

 

That doesn’t mean he’ll do bigger numbers, Adele’s actual fanbase is smaller but there’s a fat chance he’ll go anywhere near her. Spotify is the outlier she already outdid him on Apple Music and YouTube. Harry’s numbers are still outstanding. You’re replying to a thread about him getting #2 on US Spotify with 1 hour of tracking, you do understand that right?

With hype and fanbase and debut numbers for sure, but we need to wait and see with longevity, e.g. 30 is below justice on the bb200 or right next to it, and America not being biebes strongest market thats pretty bad for her.  All this even though she did 20m global streams first day with easy on me and 800k spss first week . Although fine line did have insane longevity aswell, but he needs to do it again. I believe he can if the album is good like fine line.

Crazy to say this but with the trajectory of these numbers, comparing to Adele, he will do 30m+ global streams first day unless I’m missing something. Of course it could be that Adele had less teams at first because her fanbase isn’t as hardcore as harrys?

It’s like these people don’t know Fine Line is already gathering units to be 4x Platinum with the same 12 original songs and no reissues. That it basically cleaned 1m units each January since release. No one is saying he’s bigger than Adele but he clearly has one of the biggest fanbases in the world.
