Assassin Posted March 29, 2022 Posted March 29, 2022 (edited) Meanwhile that Gunna album that came out the same week as Dawn FM is still top 10. Why? Edited March 29, 2022 by Assassin
C-Amber Posted March 29, 2022 Posted March 29, 2022 Abel literally didn't promote it and still busy with his new movie. The moment he start making live performances and promote it, it will go up.
Cloudy Posted March 29, 2022 Posted March 29, 2022 Deserves much more. I think it was too soon to release a new album, he should have waited some time Is still much better than After Hours

It shouldn't need promotion to ******* stay in the top 30 lmao.
ATRL Moderator Ampersand13 Posted March 29, 2022 ATRL Moderator Posted March 29, 2022 Eh, he doesn't really have anything to prove and it seems like this was more of a passion project that he wanted to give to fans rather than something to promote heavily. At least that's what I've gleaned
RihFenty20 Posted March 29, 2022 Posted March 29, 2022 Criminally underrated, one of the rare cases where striking while the iron is hot did not work out. Take my breath really tanked the era. it kinda reminds me of Avril with goodbye lullaby where the first single made people disregard the album because they thought it was part 2 of their previous project.
Mark Rih Posted March 29, 2022 Posted March 29, 2022 Arts not the charts, the album is still excellent. The Highlights is keeping him in the top 10 anyway
Kiss It Better Posted March 29, 2022 Posted March 29, 2022 the ugly album cover turned people away from streaming
Green Posted March 29, 2022 Posted March 29, 2022 His best album deserved better Meanwhile The Highlights is still in the top 10
Brando Posted March 29, 2022 Posted March 29, 2022 a bit shocking tbh the album is very good overall, but there aren't any truly great songs on it. the gp tends to go for individual songs i guess
Bartender Posted March 29, 2022 Posted March 29, 2022 it literally has no replay value as a body of work and frankly not one of his better ones either
TaylenaStan Posted March 29, 2022 Posted March 29, 2022 Idc idc its his best album and AOTY so far Definitely think its a mixture of overexposure and not having huge hit potential like BL/SYT... he literally released this when ppl still didnt get over BL/SYT Would have done better if it came in late 2022/early 2023 but im happy he just released it.. artists need to release their stuff when its ready

But I LOVE this album…the concept, the production, and yes…even the cover. I agree…AOTY for me too. They did Doja dirty with that tour though, but the album is solid lol. favorite crime Posted March 29, 2022 Posted March 29, 2022 Despite what gays will tell you, its a boring album with 0 replay value which is why its flopping
raven Posted March 29, 2022 Posted March 29, 2022 The single choices tanked the album especially take my breath. Should’ve made less than zero and/or out of time singles at the beginning of this era.

Cheers Posted March 29, 2022 Posted March 29, 2022 The album isn’t good. Full pop does not suit him. we want Heartless/Often/The Hills Weeknd back
