The h100 feels soooo radio dominant these days, it’s like the 00s all over again  the only difference is nowadays literally nobody under 30 even uses the radio anymore

I know we sound like a broken record every week buts it’s amazing how airplay can make you think a song are more bigger than the other. Some songs in the top 10 having similar streaming numbers to ones in bottom 50

Not sure but I would imagine only Kelly Clarkson would’ve come close…given this tweet.  At least for female artists.

Per Twitter they have both already made the 2022 YE cut. Big Energy clinched the 2022 YE H100 last week & it has fewer points than Levitating & SYT.

The best way to have multiple hits in the streaming era is release almost all the singles before the album release.

Yeah. I think in Japan they release albums after releasing all its promoted singles. The other option is to release the album but just make a single ready for downloading/streaming when promoted by the label. Then you could get people wanting the album for longer as well.

The chart is literally the worst it’s ever been. I’ve never seen a more stale chart ever. Not in 2004,  not in 2012, not even 2021. This one has been awful. And the amount of records being broken by these horrible songs that are doing it is just disgusting. Especially when their points, sales, and numbers don’t match previous record holders. Like the chart has really went from being a prestigious honor to a laughable disgrace at this point.
