yes! I love number 1 angel and half of pop 2, but this whole idea it’s her best work because it’s not ~comercial and it’s ~deep and ~risky and ~avant-garde is a pure joke. Commercial music when done right is just as artistic and deep and interesting as more alternative and out of the box music and Charli did a pop album inspired heavily in lush 70s and 80s pop euphoric sound while keeping it fresh and timeless and that’s just as deserving of praise as something “new” and “original” 

 

and that’s my trinity of hers too!
