At this point, Normani and her team need to submit the album (if it’s even ready) and get her touring. The breaks aren’t doing much and she needs to build up her fan base because the hype is fading. I have faith in her as an artist, but if she wants to see success then she needs to work faster.

If she just released the album once and for all she probably would make more noise than releasing this throw away tracks. That way she would get more coverage and interest and people would choose which song they like more and then the label and her can work from there

This is Normani we’re talking about here, NOTHING is coming “quick”…   and I’m not even trying to be shady.  Perhaps that’s the root of this issue.  
 

She (or RCA) afraid of failing, but are being too slow while being cautious.  Too slow, too cautious, too safe.  It’s kind of reflected in the actual music output too.  

 

I need a messy single - production wise, vocally, EVERYTHING.  She might shock herself and actually perform well.  Stop caring so much.
