Doja was always going to be successful no matter where she started. Astrologically speaking her MC (career) is in Leo (the performer/star) going over her north node (destiny)

Even though her birth time is not out there, she’s most likely a Taurus rising which explains why she’s so controlling in everything she does, takes ages to do it, is a perfectionist etc etc. Taureans are stubborn to the max so it feels like her music only comes out when she’s happy with it. Her Mercury (communication) and Mars (action) is also in Taurus. It’s just a very slow moving energy. A slow communication style combined with that scorp moon (secretive with everything she’s doing).  poor her fans 
 

But it also explains why she’s very beautiful and does well on insta. Taurus is ruled by venus (beauty) and insta is a libra platform (the higher octave of venus). It also actually explains why her and Meg get on so well (another Taurus rising) and why their collab together was called Diamonds. Like that’s Venusian energy at its finest.

 

The majority of her placements are in retrograde meaning that she will find fame BUT it’s gonna take aaaages. She’s got her Jupiter (luck and expansion) in retrograde (later in life) in Capricorn (has to put in the hard work and climb that industry ladder). She’ll be making the big bucks

Honestly, I didn’t even bother listening when it dropped.  I could tell by the snippet it wasn’t a hit.  “Wild Side” at least was a grower (still not a HIT hit), but this new song don’t even sound like it’ll grow on me based on the snippet.
