Just further proof that the billboard charts aren't important on a wordwide scale anymore, Rosalia has still the biggest debut by any female singer this year WW, quality won

If Rosalia had released vinyls this week and added the droplets to a deluxe it would’ve done a lot better.

 

As it stands the album is pretty non commercial apart from The Weeknd song but even that is a weird avant garde take on bachata which is not her or his audience’s genre.

Shame Rosalía didn't have vinyls. She could have snatched a higher position but still great considering it's mostly streams for someone relatively unknown there

well, motomami vinyls aren't available in US until july, and what does the acclaim have to do with sales? the most acclaimed albums of all time are almost unsuccessful, btw motomami’s doing really great globally.
