If we're talking exclusively about KR+JPN physical sales this is very unlikely since TWICE is 3M sales ahead of SKZ in Korean releases and they've almost another 3M lead from only Japanese releases so there's a gap of 6M sales in total.

No because Stray Kids didn't do bundles (they can't now anyway) and I think JYP (their agency) didn't expect them to fight for the #1 because there is no signed covers etc.. like they did with Twice. There is 3 physical versions sold out on their website, only the digital album is available. Might change after that HDD article tho
