Keeandga Posted March 16, 2022 Posted March 16, 2022 Isn’t there atleast 7 new songs on red (tv)? Isn’t that basically an EP of new songs?

That's probably it.

Bosque Posted March 16, 2022 Posted March 16, 2022 Sorry but 30’s streaming consumption is pretty tragic by her standards. People aren’t interested in this album after hearing it

Cleanromantic Posted March 16, 2022 Posted March 16, 2022 Time for me to promote my hit thread again Don't be shy and give us your opinion.

EnoughSaid Posted March 16, 2022 Posted March 16, 2022 The longevity is really weak for Adele this time but we can’t deny she already outsold everyone in the first month of release
wastedpotential Posted March 16, 2022 Posted March 16, 2022 That's what happens to most artists when they don't promote their work

You are also off topic No, actually I wasn't. This thread had to do with two artists, commenting on the fact that you dragged two other artists into this thread is actually on topic . I guess that went over your head. Let's do better okay?
WildHeart Posted March 16, 2022 Posted March 16, 2022 (edited) Isn't Folklore selling 13-14k weekly? That's like 3-4k difference so it will probably surpass 30 in a few months as well Edited March 16, 2022 by Artistofthedecade

Adele is in this predicament because she waited 6 years and is not adapting to streaming. Nope. Fans only have this album to stream, while Swifties have more albums to buy and streams. thus dividing the sales and streams for those 5 albums. Make it make sense

Cleanromantic Posted March 16, 2022 Posted March 16, 2022 Time for her to release All Night Parking with a sexy film noir inspired MV (No chairs) and save this dwindling era.

Make it make sense Releasing more frequently has always been a winning strategy, it worked amazingly for Madge, Mariah, Rihanna, Drake, Taylor, Aretha etc. Why do you think some artists were releasing one album a year and sometimes two (Aretha). Even more so in the streaming Era because every releases boosts the previous. LOL @make it make sense.

The 2021 albums which will end up outperforming 30 in the long run: Dangerous, CLB, Sour, Planet Her, and possibly even Red TV if continues to outperform it. So not even Top 5 for the year

It’s even more helpful in the streaming era because the auto play feature always gives artists’ catalog streams a huge boost. 50 minutes ago, Brando said: Not really. Olivia is rumored to be dropping SOUR (Deluxe) at some point, too. My point is that any of these artists can easily have the biggest album released in 2021 if they just put out another version of their album.
Armani? Posted March 16, 2022 Posted March 16, 2022 If she doesnt perform at the Grammys the era is definitely dead lol
