Because the streaming era kills everything when it comes to post-album release singles. Woman is smashing on radio but the streams peaked a long time ago so it won't go top 10 the on the Hot 100 unless she releases a remix

The same thing happened to traitor and pov. But at least Traitor was lucky that it went top 10 during the album release week.

Bieber's Ghost was a rare exception and the streaming wasn't that great neither.

it went viral in November but was only released to radio in April  so by the time it was peaking on radio the streams were non-existent since it had mediocre playlisting and no video
