Don't most countries have their own official charts already?

Don't they post Canadian Hot 100 on a weekly already anyway? BB is weird. They can't manage their own charts properly and now they want to do charts for other countries

They used to post HITS OF THE WORLD in the 60s  and 70s prints.

They need to do charts for the Carribean islands.

Say Yes is STILL top 50, 8 years later

Say Yes

im assuming this is using their own flawed formula with the same data that existing charts use. UK charts will be interesting for sure

Brazil

Brazil has had music charts for years. And its a large (mostly) developed country. So I don't know why its on this list.

An airplay & a streaming chart, yes but they haven't had an "official" singles chart in ages though.

So the Croatian chart has 25 spots.

21 songs from Serbian artists

1 song from a Slovene

1 song from Croatian artists

2 foreign (English) songs

All of them have only 25 spots I think.

It's fine.

My point was that the Croatian music scene is dead and that Croats are mostly listening to Serbian trap as the chart suggests.

To the surprise of absolutely no one honestly. I don't blame them because our music industry is down bad. I am just hoping that the official chart for Croatia will add streaming and sales after this. It would be quite nice to actually have a combined chart.

Just in time before Vesna Pisarović drops her long awaited comeback single, so she can top the Billboard charts, ughh Queen of Croatian Pop!

Apparently they only used YouTube streams, Spotify, Deezer and Apple Music wasn't counted!

Queen will debut only vinyl sales chart once her album is out.

They also used Deezer but it's not like Croatian songs are more streamed on on-demand streaming services anyway. :skull:

A combined chart would be great. They payola'd radio artists would still chart just not as high.

I don't get the deal with not allowing Balkan acts to chart. Just mark them together with the foreign chart. Everything must be so dramatic. :rip:

I agree that there should be a chart with everything, that way there would be a fine balance between foreign music and music from the country & region. The foreign chart is still okay because it has a lot of movement and most of the songs are actually the ones that are played on radio, as reflected by our Shazam chart and the radio scrapper. The "local" chart though is terrible as it really doesn't reflect the actual local music being played. It restricts itself to only artists from our country and nobody has even heard most of the songs.
