Yeah, agreed. I honestly think all the filtering does now is prevents another Butter situation but ultimately fans can still mass buy for a strong debut.

She’s not having a meltdown. She tweeted that because alot of the Barbz were upset. She also tweeted that she didn’t even expect the song to reach Top 10.
 

Every time a black female celebrity gets online to express her feelings or if she expresses them in music, a lot of y’all on this forum are quick to accuse them of “having a meltdown” or being “angry”. And a lot of minorities on this forum can agree with this.

The irony is that exactly a year ago another Disney act (Olivia) blocked Cardi's Up from the #1 spot. Not saying the Lil baby and Nicki song will have Up's trajectory or longevity but both debuted at #2 and some sort of Disney act blocked by holding the #1 spot. Interesting similarity

 

Heat waves is missing out on the top spot. Sad!
