Because according to you nothing was different in the market Adele clearly wanted to protect her son from the virus like any responsible parent would have done. And unless you havent realized, the pandemic was still raging when Adele released 30 and is probably as bad as ever right now. Edited January 6, 2022 by Virtual_Insanity

Yes, the world is the same as it was in 2020 without any vaccines

Why do you think she has done nothing since Omicron started to spread like crazy again. She has clearly stated that she doesnt want to do anything really at the moment as things are too volatile and that she does not want to catch Covid. She basically hasnt left her house since the UK special.

Gurl which statement, you make a lot of those so ive no idea which one you are referring to.

The statement that Omicron wasn’t around when her album came out so indeed the situation was different then then in 2020

What are you even talking about. Summer 2020 was pretty normal as shops had all opened back up by then.

Why don't you ask HER that ? Im not responsible for her decisions. And the fact that you are trying to use that decision against her is so weird and just odd. It was her choice to make. All I know is that I purchased a physical copy of Folklore in my local record shop on the 4th August 2020 and I most certainly was not "locked down" in any sense at that point.

No, thank you for proving my point You dont have a point because I never claimed that it was the release date. Thngs certainly arent "normal" now either. The Grammy have just been cancelled, if you didnt know. Vaccines are not a magic pill to normality as you can see. Plus loads of places are actually in lockdown NOW. You're just going round in circles at this point in a desperate attempt to make yourself right about "something" Have a great Friday ! Edited January 7, 2022 by Virtual_Insanity

My point is that the pandemic and not having physicals in stores opening week mattered, which you claim isn't true, even though it has been shown multiple times it is true, including in articles about your "fav" Adele

Plus she was operating under different rules for Folklore as all the thousands of physicals ( over 17 available ) on her website that were ordered counted for the first week due to the included digital copy. Would it have mattered to Adele. Absolutely. She doesnt have the same online presence or rabid fanbase that Taylor has.
