Red TV is not a 9 years old album. It's a re-recording of an old album with new arrangements and vocals, plus 10 new tracks

Also, it's a streaming gem. Can't compare it to 30 that has 12 tracks or so and with a lot of them exceeding the 5 minute mark

People are trash for listening Darlene Love and The Ronettes?  :skull:

Is that what I said? Or have you chosen to gaslight for another reason? :coffee2:

The question is: when will Swiftism be incorporated into DSM-V?

Taylor Swift’s 6 week with a re-recording of her 9 years old album - 76k

Adele’s 6 week with a new album - 99k

I guess after all of this fighting you can clearly see that Taylor is above everyone considering all the facts and basically it’s not even close.

but still amazing numbers for Adele tho.

Why not mention Taylor’s other studio albums?  :rip:

I get the disgust. I feel the same way about R. Kelly and Chris Brown but then once we factor in the musicians (primarily rappers and rockstars) who committed heinous crimes such as selling poison to a community to include pregnant addicts yet they were "hustling by any means necessary" and are now celebrated (some of which turned their platform into something positive but most have problematic platforms) then it is kind of touch n go on how to receive it.

I get it I'd rather Nat King cole hit 10 but it is weird how we kind of forget there are tons of problematic artist with thriving successful careers. I guess there is a tolerance threshold based on different cases.

Yeah, people buying 9 years old album for Christmas as a gift is the true definition of legendary artist.

no wonder her latest lead singles serve 1-out and are quick hits, no longevity

serving legendary

why did you not mention reputation/lover/folklore/evermore compared to 30 in their 6 weeks?

the fact Adele doesnt need gimmicks, signed albums, and 16 different versions :priceless:

Plus it’s still hard to find Red TV, while I still see some shelves full of 30. It’s impressive for both :clap3:

well it's the album that was released within the same month, despite being 9 years old and with a singular version

and no gimmicks whatsoever, any more excuses?

it's a new year. can you come up with something else?

aren't you supposed to be be celebrating your "fave"?

why are you still up and stuck, you know where...? :gaylorcat1:

OT: Don't y'all get tired of the same discussion every week, this is one of those cases where the "go outside, touch some grass" or "get a job/another hobby" are actually applicable.

Red TV's 6th week had a decent xmas boost. so it's factually  a stupid comparison no matter what you will say:rip:  And the fact that the 6th week of all of Reputation, Lover, Folklore, Evermore and REd TV couldn't reach 30's 6th weeks says a lot. Stop embarrassing yourself :skull:

Also literally no one compared Adele and Taylor and put them against each other before that person you're defending did  The insecurity is showing

Looking at drops(4k for Red TV and 38k for 30), 30 actually had much bigger xmas boost.

Yeah I didn't want to include reputation actually it was just a mistake

Obviously a 2017  album should do better than a 2021 album. It would be embarrassing otherwise:rip:

How is that a bad thing? Not Adele's fault she has more demand than Taylor?

It's a fact not an excuse. In fact none of Taylor's albums after Reputation outdid 30's 6th weeks and that again, says a lot! :rip:

Well if you want to be persistent  then okay 30 sold more in 6 weeks than Reputation did in 6 weeks:cm: Also Reputations' 6th week had the xmas boost now that I think about it:skull:
