So, I split you all in two groups because I thought it would be fun to make faux teams. If I were to pick a winning team, it would be team Sitting In Power. I said I think this is the strongest round because simply put, none of these photos are boring. Even the weakest has something to admire. Great job to everyone but I will be Brutal.mp3. Also, the best photo of the season so far was submitted this round, was it you?

I think this suffers from being TOO obvious and not in a glamorous way. You understood the assignment but there is little to imagine in this photo. I love the setting of the photo and the angle of the photo. It gives it a grunge theme which is very different from the artsy dainty fairy Björk has been doing all season. Great job on changing it up but its too obvious for me.

Whew, editorial masterpiece. What an amazing reception for the slump Anja has been in. Its definitely giving Head Bitch in Charge and that is what the assignment called for. Beautifully done. Keep it up.

I love this outfit. The colors are what make it interesting. But the face is dreadful! The pose is boring and predictable. Beautiful legs though but the face is so off-putting.

This harkens back to Season 2 when Karlie Kloss sent in her Fire shot that told an entire story. Though I believe I called it... busy, this one isnt busy. What makes me fall in love with this photo is what the story is telling me. I can tell that Sasha is a mafia queen who has MEN hold her umbrella and will send her dogs to anyone who crosses her. BOSS BITCH ENERGY Ms. Maam, I see it. I also love that this photo is in motion.

Interesting submission. The assignment was understood and I really enjoy the angle of this photo. The hat with he cigar and the pose. You made it clear that you are a model last episode and here you definitely proved me wrong. Great job!

This is probably one of the most artful non-Björk photo that has been submitted. And that's what makes it interesting. But the assignment was not understood whatsoever. YES, the photo is amazing. But for this theme, no! And I can be bullied again but this is the truth. I dont even think the stance evokes power or girl boss energy. Last episode I think you fell flat on your face, and this round, I think you did it harder.

I can sort of see the direction this is going in. But the assignment was half understood. The photo is ****ing gorgeous. The body is on point! The photo is a bit confusing since hair is coming from her hips and dont know what that has to do with Boss Bitch.

I like this photo, and I do think that it hits the theme well. Its just kind of too simple. What a beautiful face which is something Anne has done from episode to episode. The pose is great and I love the one finger on the temple. It has a classic vibe to it that no one really touched. Its safe is what it is. But, I do like it.

Funny. I was hesitant to send this photo because I thought the judges might not understand it. But I'm happy that you did understand! Being a woman and the lead in a band full of men is a tough job. i chose the pic because nya is the definition of COOL. she is exuding an effortless COOLNESS which to me is big boss bitch energy. i know miley is so narrowminded and lacks critical thinking skills and can only see things at face value. but a boss bitch isnt just a cliche of wearing a suit or blazer.

Bjork - Now where the hell is the modelling in this picture? This is such an unprofessional photo, I really do not like this at all, are we in week one? I see what you were going for but it just looks like someone with a group of friends taking a random photo. This is very weak and I am quite disappointed. 

 

Anja - This is pretty good, I see the vision, not one of my favs in the bunch but it understood the assignment so job well done for that aspect. 

 

Charli XCX - This fits the theme considering her outfit, we love a queen in a suit. With that being said, this photo is quite dull and plain and fails to impress me to a large extent. 

 

Sasha - Exactly! Let him hold that umbrella for you queen! You are the boss. The bad a** dogs, the garment, her facial expression, this photo is just giving it to me! Well done. 

 

Duckie - I am living for that pose and the angle of this photo. Serving legs for days m'aam. The cigar and the ensemble sells the photo really well. Another strong entry from you, good work. 

 

Nyaueth - Her stance shows the power of a woman and I definitely see the vision you were going for with this. This is another stunningly striking photo and I see a bad a** queen. It is not my favourite of the bunch tbqh but it's better than a good bit of photos submitted this round. 

 

Rihanna - Oh yes m'aam! First of all I am living for the pose and the way this photo was shot. It's giving me employees coming to the boss' office for a meeting and when they open the door she is posed like that "like yes bitch I run this town", I love it, well done 

 

Yoon - That outfit is everything, I am living! This is a nice photo, not the most exciting photo but it's still a really good photo and submission. Nice job

 

Bella - Huh? I am really confused by this. It's a great photo but how does this fit the theme? I guess it I can interpret it as a woman being comfortable in her skin thus displaying the boss and powerful message? that works but the issue is I am not sure if everyone will see it as that. Not a bad photo at all but not the strongest in this theme. 

 

Anne - I really like this, fits the theme perfectly. I am loving the way she is sitting on that chair. The styling in this photo really assists in displaying the theme. Good work this week Anne.
