I know they're combined, but you can see it clearly when you visit their Spotify profiles, Somebody To You (without Demi) is The Vamps #1 most streamed song daily, while the remix with Demi is N/A. If you visit Demi's profile, you see that Somebody To You is N/A as well, considering it's getting more streams than any other song bar Heart Attack, it's safe to assume their remix isn't contributing much to those high numbers.

No no you can't  because that's not how it works. It was never on Demi's profile ever since the start. It's like "No Promises" it only appears on the lead's profile. Before 2016 on Spotify, features were exclusively appearing on the lead's profile and not on the Feature's profile.
It have been that way since always even when the actual remix had more streams in 2014. ( Factually getting more streams) 

Even on Youtube, the remix is the one that's having more views. So I wouldn't stretch it that far and say that it's the original that's getting more streams. I am pretty sure it's either 50/50 or Demi's version getting the most. I mean, Demi is the one that made them famous.
