Coco Rocha - Zolvnski Not judging the fantasy, because what even is this. It's a very artistic photo. I'm, personally, not a fan of it. Daria Werbowy - Feather She looks gorgeous. The cheekbones.. It's still very simple for fantasy. Florence Welch - Littlejfrey Sickening. This is the fantasy I was expecting from this round and you brought it elegantly. Forget my critiques from last week. Great job. Anna Cleveland - PIERRE There were so many great looks from this shoot. A very dramatic shoot. I think this is the worst photo from that shoot. It's okay, man. Rene Manuel Nessler - PiecesOfYou It's giving me male Tiffany from Bride of Chucky. It's simple, but I really like the editing on the photo and how dark the eyes are. I'm aroused. Brandi Quinones - mokitsu I see the Poseidon inspiration. It's okay. I do like how vibrant the colors are. Linda Evangelista - Taylucifer I like the idea, but not the execution. It's a little ugly, honestly. Kaia Gerber - Vignesh I'm just gonna assume the fantasies. Wind goddess. The photo is just okay. Michael Yerger - LionH3art I love how this one is the first one so far with an "interpretation" on it when a lot of these could have used one. I think sex and **** can fit the fantasy category so you could have excelled here had you brought that more. It's okay. Not the worst. Matthew Noszka - Harmonizer You should have just sent a dick pic. Spoiler I'm not getting the fantasy. It's a lovely photo though. Zhengyang Zhang - thecptz I expected more from this model. Tessa Thompson - TruGemini God, this is basic to the point where I can't even give you a fantasy storyline. Britney Spears - MiXero Fantasy.. You should have sent the bottle lmao -- no, I'm kidding this is fine. Definitely fit the brief. Naomi Campbell - Dolce Vita I feel like I'm gonna be the only judge that doesn't like the model girls this round. It fits the category, but this isn't the prettiest to look at. Karlie Kloss - Thanatos I think what Naomi lacks in her photo is the same problem here.. and I might be totally wrong, but it's just.. these dead blank model faces with weird settings. I think more emotion from them would have sent these photos over the edge. It's really not giving. Zendaya - Billionaire Here's the thing, Zendaya.. This could have easily been your round, but this is a terrible photo. There's a *gorgeous* photo with the man she brought with her who spun her in smoke and literally lit her up.. Can you tell us more about your take on the theme, ‘Fantasy’? Naomi: I collaborated with David LaChapelle for this theme; he’s basically family at this point as he's been in my life since the start, so when he agreed to collaborate on this project I was thrilled! The main inspiration behind my photo was Botticelli's Venus and Mars, one of my favorite paintings. It's a post-coital scene: Mars, god of war, is sleeping on all his spoils, while Venus, goddess of love, is looking unsatisfied. Things haven't changed much since the painting was made, I thought. Greed and war versus love and beauty. So we decided to give it a 21st century makeover: we took a piece of fine art and turned it into a critique of consumerism; how our society is fueled by greed and power. Producer: We were told by Mr LaChapelle’s team that they were disturbed during your shoot by an intruder. Can you confirm or deny? Naomi: *giggles and sighs* The thing about David is he is always willing to help out the struggling; it’s a testament to his character. He mentioned the crackhead he met at the craft services table begged for pictures, so he threw together my leftover set for her. What can I say, I’m a generous queen. Producer: The first critique from Ms Smalls seems to be your first “meh” since the start, how are you handling your 'slightly panned' status? Are you scared the rest of the judges will follow suit? Naomi: I won't lie. Deciding to portray Venus and being panned for the first time was...very reminiscent of a certain contestant's fourth album cycle. Very much so a Reverse LaChapellian Experience. It was quite the surprise going from back to back acclaim to my first mediocre review, especially as this theme was a labor of love for me...but constructive criticism is needed to grow, and being compared to Taylor Swift’s understudy was the motivation I needed to ensure everything I submit going forward is elevated to the bar I raised so early in the competition. Producer: What are your thoughts on the other contestants' submissions? Any favorites? Naomi: Anna Cleveland's was beautiful, her approach to fantasy was very refreshing and I knew she would serve. Theres a certain damsel in distress feeling I get with it which is totally in the genre of Fantasy. Liu you may not have started the strongest but I think youre getting there. Coco Rocha – Zolvnski I actually freakin’ love this shot. For one, it grey, which is not a color that pops out very well but with this shot it does. I can actually see a story. The story is you are an Asian statue who has been left out on some field and forgotten. Then someone transports the statue to a museum for all to see. Its really beautiful Daria Werbowy – Feather This… I get it. I understand it. But truthfully, its kind of making me very uncomfortable. Especially that weird pose. Florence Welch – Littlejfrey This is fantasy. End of story. Its quite literally a breathtaking photo and will go down as one of the best photos this season. What an amazing turnaround from the last round. Keep it up! Anna Cleveland – PlERRE Funny enough, I feel like Coco and your picture are in the same vein. But I will give to upper hand to Coco. Nonetheless, this is still a great shot. I love the colors and the face and dead hand make it come together. Rene Manuel Nessier – PiecesOfYou You know if this was a Buffy the Vampire Slayer round you’d win hands down. This is a fantasy round, and honestly, you got the assignment right… finally. Keep it up. Brandi Quinones – mokitsu Simply said, I love this photo so much. This is just beautiful and a work of art. I kind of wrote you off after your statuesque movement photo but now I see Brandi knows what shes doing. Wow, I cant stop staring at this. Linda Evangelista – Taylucifer Kind of in the same general area as Rene. Is it fantasy? Yes, but interpreted in an unconventional way that may be… too unconventional. It is a fierce picture ill give you that, but other than that, for fantasy. A bit of a stretch. Kaia Gerber – Vignesh I actually find this cute, but cute isn’t enough. I do understand the fantasy youre going for but this is far too safe… again. Michael Yerger – LionH3art Now, usually if a model adds a description, I don’t add it because your photo should be explanation enough, but I think you did something very very clever, and its not your dick. You definitely have been in my fantasies with your… well, you get it. I wish this were a full body photo to really understand how dirty it is. Matthew Noszka – Harmonizer Its… its an attempt. Its… genie maybe? I think. I don’t know sir. Zhengyang Zhang – thecptz Probably the biggest disappointment of this round for me. This is absolutely horrendous. I mean, tree hugging, weird garment, weird face, in the forest wearing jordans for Fantasy? Chile, it’s a hell to the no. Simply put, you just fell flat on your face with this one. I really hope you can scrape by with some points. Tessa Thompson – TruGemini It’s a… no for me. Nothing inspirational about this photo quite frankly. Britney Spears – MiXero I want to understand it so bad, and my brain wants to understand it but I don’t. Britney, you started moderately strong in this game and now you’re shrinking more and more. This is just not doing anything for me but making me confused. Naomi Campbell – Dolce Vita For the second round in a row, you have made me gasp at your photo. Naomi, just like Florence this will go in the hall of fame for best photo submission because this is absolutely breathtaking. The inspiration and recreation of it is spot on with a modern but fantasy twist. Karlie Kloss – Thanatos I do enjoy this photo very much, it makes me smile. That dress with sharp points but made out of bubbles is so captivating to look at. Well done for yet another week. No more are you the dark horse, you’re one of the frontrunners in this game! Zendaya – Billionaire Its fantasy alright. But too bad the dress is ugly and you’re on a red carpet. It’s a no from me. Ebonee Davis – Not Like The Movies Ebonee, this is an amazing shot. I love the crown and the wings. The phoenix. I wish you showcased those nails more because my god they pull everything together. Amazing job. Tessa: Well you know, everyone is entitled to their opinion and I believe that the critique is completely valid. I think I could've done better. Producer: Can you walk us through what made you choose this photo? What about it says "fantasy" to you. Tessa: I really wanted to go for something artistic. The colors really spoke to me and the wings really connected it to the fantastical fairy like concept which I was going for. As I said, I think given time I would've elevated it a bit more, but all in all I think it gives you that fantasy concept. Producer: As far as your competitors, any standouts? Any that you dislike? Tessa: I think Florence definitely nailed this challenge, I mean there really is not a question there for me. As far as my dislikes...I'll keep that to myself. Let's just say I feel as if most of us could've done better this round.
