Noah Posted June 30, 2021 Posted June 30, 2021 Christina Aguilera - Like I Do (feat. GoldLink) - cute sing
Noah Posted June 30, 2021 Posted June 30, 2021 Dido - Take You Home - I’m surprised I kind of like this bc I’ve hated every other dido song I’ve ever heard
Noah Posted June 30, 2021 Posted June 30, 2021 Kylie Minogue - Aphrodite - a bit generique but cute [2]
Noah Posted June 30, 2021 Posted June 30, 2021 Nile Rodgers & CHIC - I Want Your Love (feat. Lady Gaga) - the version used in the tom ford commercial was a lot better and I don’t understand why they re-recorded this but it’s still a cute classic
Noah Posted June 30, 2021 Posted June 30, 2021 Robyn - None Of Dem (feat. Röyksopp) - I liked the other Robyn song more
Noah Posted June 30, 2021 Posted June 30, 2021 Christina Aguilera - Bionic - a bop I don’t understand why this album was so panned
Noah Posted June 30, 2021 Posted June 30, 2021 Robyn - Get Myself Together - how did all 3 of the Robyn songs make it into the same group
Noah Posted June 30, 2021 Posted June 30, 2021 Christina Aguilera - Masochist - it’s cute, my least favorite of the xtina songs this round

Noah Posted June 30, 2021 Posted June 30, 2021 PJ Harvey - The Words That Maketh Murder - I like some aspects of it
smholiv Posted June 30, 2021 Posted June 30, 2021 Group A Critiques (Part One) Sia - Eye Of The Needle: As far as Sia songs go, this one is somewhat reeled in which is refreshing. I don't find her vocals appealing in any way though so it's still a struggle to get through. I probably won't give this points but I didn't have a physical reaction to a Sia song so in a way that's a win. Cher - Waterloo: Now.... what is this?! I'm not familiar with the original but I can guess it probably should've stayed an ABBA song. This feels a bit like when you're at karaoke and someone downs their drink before going on stage to sing this. Cher - The Winner Takes It All: This is a bit more appealing than "Waterloo". It's very camp, but I can get more of the appeal here. It isn't my taste, but overall fine. Britney Spears - Inside Out: Oh absolutely. Femme Fatale is an incredible album. It's really fascinating how it both fits perfectly for the 2010-2012 time period, yet a lot of the songs feel just as exciting today? Compared to a lot of dance pop at that time, there's surprisingly forward thinking elements and this is easily a highlight. One of her best songs from the entire '10s decade!
K$Ellie Posted June 30, 2021 Posted June 30, 2021 No Doubt - Looking Hot: has always been a bop, deserved to smash at the time
K$Ellie Posted June 30, 2021 Posted June 30, 2021 Nancy Ajram - Sheikh El Shabab: definitely cute, I like the overall sound of it and it wasn’t a basic choice so good job
K$Ellie Posted June 30, 2021 Posted June 30, 2021 Christina Aguilera - Like I Do (feat. GoldLink): very basic choice but the song is quite good, might get some points even if it’ll probably win the round x
K$Ellie Posted June 30, 2021 Posted June 30, 2021 Dido - Take You Home: something i’d listen to once and probably never again, it was nice enough i suppose but I’m not amazed
K$Ellie Posted June 30, 2021 Posted June 30, 2021 BoA - ONE SHOT, TWO SHOT: OBSESSED with this, always wanted to send it cause I thought it might do well here
K$Ellie Posted June 30, 2021 Posted June 30, 2021 Kylie Minogue - Aphrodite: it was actually quite good but I would have preferred something from the new album I guess, not a massive Kylie stan x
