Tinashe — The Chase Didn’t have to come through with this KO so early after release. I just know users will be mad they won't be to use this in the future! Britney Spears — Hot as Ice Just from Blackout, I prefer Freakshow & Toy Soldier. Then if we're talking Britney in general... there's quite a number of options. Still a bop so it's not coming in last, but it'll be in my lower half. Beyoncé — Love Drought One of my favorites from Lemonade, always thought it was underrated! Wynter Gordon — Stimela It sounds like she’s trying to triumph something in her life. Haven’t fully gotten into it but you clearly knew what message to convey so I’m good with that! Sade — The Moon and the Sky It’s just on the cusp of being an “I want to win” song. Doesn’t hit the spot 100%, but it’s close enough to get a good rank from me! Kehlani — Keep On Not Used to It would’ve been in my Top3, but this is still a highlight from SweetSexySavage. Jhené Aiko — While We’re Young Loooooove how this went back-to-back with Keep On. The effortlessness is great. CHUNG HA — Bother Me [I usually do ASC songs while organizing or cleaning in the house for context] This had me light-bouncing just a bit with this mop, haha! On a bummer-ish note, it doesn’t take me to that place that other songs in here do. BANKS — Godless You know what, production-wise & lyric-wise this is pretty interesting. There’s something about the way the vocal’s processed that throws me off & prevents me from really getting into it. Again, it’s a shame ‘cause in a typical round I’d rank this mid-high probably but it’ll get lost in the bottom here. Aliie X — Hello OhMY, while I wouldn’t seek this out much on my own it is certainly convincing for a Finale submission. Kacey Musgraves — Space Cowboy Tried getting into her & while she’s very talented, it’s just not clicking with me generally. Perhaps I’ll catch up in a few years. For this particular theme, the song felt like a miss. CHUNG HA & R3HAB — Dream of You This is pretty on-par with her other song here. Looks like the Querencia tracks are each other’s own real competition. Raveena — Tweety Didn’t convince me. Janelle Monáe f/ Erykah Badu — Q.U.E.E.N. Yup… you just shut this Finale down. NIKI — Selene This is seamless, great job! Pretty strong Finale overall, great job & best of luck!
