Paramore - All I Wanted: Doesn’t hit exactly the way I wanted it to but I enjoy it regardless

St. Vincent - The Melting Of The Sun

review: I normally don’t listen to her music since it’s a bit too alternative for me. This song wasn’t particularly bad, but it didn’t excite me at all.

score: 5/10

Amber Mark - All The Work

review: This is actually really cute. I didn’t see that chorus coming at all! :skull:

Taylor Swift - My Tears Ricochet

review: It’s a pretty ballad but I wouldn’t listen to it again. :michael:

Group A :lakitu:

Rochelle Jordan - All Along

It's cool, it gives me '90s vibes with deep house/new jack swing elements. I listened to this album and thought it was pretty strong - this actually happened to be one of my favourite songs.

Florence + The Machine - Third Eye

This isn't really that appealing to me. It's too repetitive and gives me anxiety? Like I wouldn't want to listen to this if I were just intending on enjoying music.

Björk - Unison

This is quite pretty and I really like the latter half - especially the end, where everything comes together. Feels very magical!

Susanne Sundfør - Kamikaze

I like this album. I like how the lyrics are a little violent or brutal at times and the way it moves between folk and synth pop. This is a good track.

Erika De Casier - Busy

I don't like this as much as the other Erika song that was sent earlier this season, but I do like the y2k influences. I could see this getting a few points.

Taylor Swift - Dear John

When I saw Taylor was banned I was so ready to prepare my 12 but honestly this isn't actually a favourite of mine. Lyrically and emotionally it's really captivating, especially for an 18-19 year old. I particularly like the bluntness of "shining like fireworks over your sad, empty town" but it's a bit on the longer side for me. Still points worthy of course!

Marina - Blue

This is cute and enjoyable. I don't love it but I like some of the influences and the chorus.

Tinashe - Life’s Too Short

review: I’ve heard better Tinashe songs than this one but it was still pleasant and decent enough tbh

Group A - Pt 2 :gaycat6:

Tinashe - Stormy Weather

Eh... I find this album kind of boring. I liked it at first but nothing stands out to me anymore except for Save Room For Us and like 1-2 other songs. I don't mind this but it fades a bit into the background personally.

Katy Perry - One of the Boys

I actually listened to her debut for the first time a few weeks ago and was impressed. I think pop-rock suits her and should be the direction she moves into in the future (or well back into). I like this song.

Willow - Lipstick

Yay! I can't wait for her album. I know some people are mixed on her move towards pop-rock but I feel like it works well. This isn't as gripping as the last single before, but I enjoy it.

Clairo - North

Immunity is one of my favourite debut albums and I like this song a lot. The production sort of outshines it lyrically at times, but overall it's very cool.

Clairo - Blouse

I love how delicately beautiful this is. Emotionally it's gripping despite it's restrained/gentle approach and idk she just has the ability to make you care about what she's singing.

Wolf Alice - Last Man on Earth

I find this song so hauntingly beautiful. Might be my 12 today!

Tame Impala - Posthumous Forgiveness
review: I didn’t like it at all...it was also way too long :deadbanana4:

I do find it commendable that you sent a male singer. I’m not sure if that will save you from being in the bottom :fan:
