rl231: Very controversial figure. I think you started off kinda well and had some momentum, but the lack of communication with your alliance and your tribe really did you in. On top of that, I was honestly irked by you voting so early without even seeing any interviews. Not like your vote wasn't invalid, but I felt like it made everything after pointless for you.

 

Element: You did really well in the pre-merge, and I think surprised a lot of the other players and viewers! I do wonder if Sanguine had coordinated his idol play better, how long you might have survived. I think you should be proud of navigating a social game like this for 8 rounds even though you were aware that you could be an easy target.

rl231: Honestly, maybe you should've been higher, but also, this game isn't for you (you also know this). You're a pretty nice person, but I think that this game just isn't your thing, as evidenced by you and Stevie not communicating at all on Stevie's boot.

 

Element: Let's Spoon 12 winner!!!! That is coming very soon so you'll be back in your element. I am glad you tried this out to do something a bit different! Of course, everyone wishes that you had used your idols more interestingly and effectively... but at the end of the day, you got 9th place which is pretty solid.

Element: Yeahhhhh, as I said on voice earlier, it's clear that people on ATRL have a perception that you are this insane threat especially in challenges (which is ironic because they don't really care about challenges that much when FTC comes around). I would definitely recommend trying Survivor in a different setting to get the full opportunity and experience! You're a strong competitor and the girls were just too scared. x

It was one of the rudest things that I've seen and totally unnecessary. News flash: JUST BECAUSE YOU DO NOT GET YOUR WAY DOES NOT MEAN YOU SHOULD QUIT. You effectively ****ed over your alliance too, so congrats, you played yourself.

 

Element: Ugh. I really wish you had given us some warning or explanation as to why you left the game so suddenly. You were definitely a host/viewer favorite during the pre-merge, driving strategic decisions and approaching things intelligently. With your idol in hand, I could have seen you making some waves, so it was very disappointing to see you leave how you did. The season was permanently changed by your departure - and for a few rounds - it was def for the worst.

Element: Another Spoon legend <3 I was hoping for a bit more strategic/social punch from you. You always seemed to be hanging on to your spot in the game, and eventually that wedding day made everything catch up to you. You're very sweet and very fun, and I think in a different timeline/with some more experience, you could do very well here!

rl231: Your boot round was such an utter disaster, but a super entertaining one! I feel like, game-wise, there was definitely potential if you just kept some stuff to yourself and spread your wings out to others.

 

Element: Look at this top 10 serve from the Exploring chanteuse!! You have a ton of fans in our viewers lounge and your music definitely became part of the soundtrack of this season. You never seemed to grasp the strategic part of the game, but it was quite sad to see you leave early because you were a lot of fun. Best of luck with your musical endeavors!

rl231: I feel like you've been robbed of a higher placement here! While you did not win, you made an impact here and took us on a journey, and I'd say out of everyone with minimal Survivor knowledge that played this game, you played the best. I definitely think had the final 5 round gone the way you wanted to after changing your mind, you would've stood a stronger chance in winning the whole thing. Either way, you should be very proud of yourself.

 

Element: I think the viewers did you a bit wrong with this ranking! You were such an important part of the season from a strategic perspective, and gave us a lot of insight with your confessional. It was really awesome watching you come into this with no real familiarity of Survivor, and then discovering that you really excelled at the various aspects of the game. You came back from being left out of the votes early on, to eventually having a lot of sway in who went home. I believe you have the one of the best vote for boot percentages of the season, always targeting the person who ended up leaving. You stayed focused and I think you make a very strong and deserving runner-up this season! Despite the ultimate result, you should be quite proud of your serve. Now you deserve a little vacation ... or should I say escapade x

rl231: I think you were so close to greatness! There were moments where I was like "Dessy, dude, don't call yourself a coaster" and then moments where I was super impressed. I really think the only way you have to go from here is up!

 

Element: Dessy, you have a ton of natural social skill and the perfect personality for Survivor success tbh. I feel like you had one of the best approaches of any player in getting other people on your side. Cool, calm, and collected. If you made it farther into the merge, I definitely could have seen you as a threat to win, since you were always tuned in strategically until Rotunda went home. You were a lot of fun and I think you would excel in a future season 100% - thanks for playing! <3 ZENAD

rl231: STEVIE!!! You had such a fascinating journey and played a pretty solid game. Had you had numbers in the merge, I think you could've been dangerous. Your downfall ultimately came down to a lack of communication and if you and Sanguine got your stuff together, maybe you two would've lasted longer!

 

Element: What an awesome return after like 8-9 years! You immediately jumped right back into this game and played hard from the first day. It was quite exciting and impressive to watch because honestly... a lot of the players from early seasons have come back and just not been able to adapt to the modern setup. I loved your insightful confessionals, strategic mind, and ability to build relationships. You were a very well rounded player this season and EXTREMELY robbed. I think in an alternate timeline without that idol play, you probably would regroup with boys/lucky and potentially make a deep run. Thank you for playing! You were one of my top 3 tbh but don't tell anyone :shh:

rl231: I'm very glad that you ended up coming onto this season. You were incredibly impactful in this game, but I think your overconfidence and need for utter control at times got the best of you. That being said, your game was pretty damn solid, and you should be proud of that. Also, it was kinda hilarious how often people would say "it's too soon to go for Miguel" and then subsequently leave lol.

 

Element: Mike Riley <3 I think that out of everyone this season, you probably showed the most drive and determination to excel. After season 9, I know you felt a bit hesitant to play again, but you knew that you had something to prove and you 100% did that. You were a pretty big force this season - everyone seemed to have your name in their mouth since the beginning! But they never actually did anything about it. You flexed that control in various ways, organizing blindsides, finding idols, and manipulating people. It was a very impressive strategic run and you should be quite proud.
