Some sort of deal is happening for sure. All these single releases started once she left Interscope and they are released by Warner Bros. 

Warner didn't release anything when she was with Interscope.

Besides... Madonna is doing her biopic. She will need all songs from her Warner Bros days in the movie. 

Even if she's not signed with them, they must be doing something together.

Warner did release this during the MDNA era
