Couldn't chart because there wasn't an official physical single released, I think, even though it was #1 on the airplay chart for a record 16 weeks at the time. greeneyedsoul
It's Raining Men? On charts it did well in a few European countries but overall a flop yet it's one of the most known songs. jamiko1230
Uh not gonna name 1 song off that bat (overall though) highly likely that 1999-~'04 era of songs when record industry GREED was its peak (record #s for albums) yet they basically 86-ed singles mainly in the US. BB Hot 100 was ALL airplay and absolute mess lol. Never forget paying $10-15 for 'Euro imports' of friggin 'Play' by JLo, 'You Drive Me Crazy' by Britney and endless others lol. Luckily by 2001/02 (beginning of P2P etc..) RIAA got the middle finger 1000s of GBs back! lol

Bey_Rihstan
a lot of 70’s/80’s/90’s R&B hits are still staples in the black community. Here are a few off of the top of my head
Price88
Gosh where I can begin. Well here is my list of some that I can think of... pre 12/1998 torn-natalie imbruglia Tearin up my heart; I drive myself crazy-NSYNC As long as you love me-bsb If you could only see-tonic Push; 3 am-matchbox twenty don’t speak; spiderwebs-Gwen stefani Fly-sugar ray men in black-will smith head over feet; hand in my pocket-alanis morissette Walkin on the sun-smash mouth lovefool-the cardigans killing me softly-the fugees forever; butterfly-Mariah carey i could fall in love-Selena #41-Mandy Moore-candy; Jon secada-too late too soon ; Avril lavigne-nobody’s home; Paulina Rubio-dont say goodbye; the wonders-that thing you do; Gina Thompson-the things you do; p.o.d.-alive; Donna Lewis-without love #42-linkin park-waiting for the end; the cranberries-dreams; Hilary duff-so yesterday #43-bebe rexha-I got you #44-lfo-every other time; Craig David-walking away; bare naked ladies-it’s all been done #45-simple plan-addicted; fun factory-I wanna b with u;Ricky Martin-the cup of life #46-new edition-candy girl;meredith brooks-what would happen; bowling for Soup-almost #47-india Arie-video; bizarre inc-I’m gonna get you; #48-christina Aguilera-dirrty; good Charlotte-girls & boys; Coldplay-yellow #49-kimberly Locke-8th world wonder Robbie williams-angels; Samantha mumba-baby come on over #51-tlc-dear lie; stacie orrico-stuck; lit-my own worst enemy; Eminem-Stan #52-bsb-the call; fuel-falls on me #53-nas-if I ruled the world #54-republica-ready to go; bbmak-still on your side #55-staind-right here; theory of a deadman-not meant to be #56-ellie Goulding-hate me; bo bice-the real thing; orgy-blue Monday #57-cash cash-take me home #58-kelly Clarkson-low; mcr-sing #60-all American rejects-swing swing; dmx-who we be #62-system of a down-aerials; iggy azalea-sally walker #63-kygo/whitney-higher love #64-corrine Bailey Rae-put your records on; rehab-bartender song #65-30stm-the kill #67-livin joy-dont stop movin #68-pink-trouble; fob-I’m like a lawyer #69-qkumba zoo-the child inside #70-mercyme-i can only imagine #71-three days grace-never too late #75-thriving ivory-Angels on the moon #76-shaggy-luv me,luv me #81-mariah Carey-through the rain #85-matisyahu-one day #86-maria mena-you’re the only one #87-fefe Dobson-take me away #88-beth hart-la song #90-tegan and Sara-closer #92-emilia-big big world #99-cherie-im ready bubbling under #101-kelly clarkson-the trouble with love is; Dave matthews band-everyday; Bon Jovi-misunderstood #102-britney spears-I’m not a girl, not yet a woman; Mandy Moore-in my pocket #104-o town-we fit together #125-janet jackson-every time im sure I can come up with more, but there’s a few anyways. 1997-1998 straight up was the year many songs were played like crazy on radio but didn’t chart due to the dumb chart rules where now you see album cuts charting all the time. Some more I remember were: omc-how bizarre, Sheryl crow-a change, hanson-where’s the love?, bob carlise-butterfly kisses, gods property-stomp, alanis-uninvited, prince-betcha by golly wow!, Mariah Carey-breakdown, Paula Cole-me, Robyn-do you really want me, Hanson-weird, billie Myers-tell me, fastball-the way. Guarantee all these would’ve been top 40 hits otherwise.
