Isn't that bad thing tho?...at this rate it'll barely scan gold. Maybe they knew the ablum would be bad and did the deal to get the most but all this says is that the GP is only here for their singles.

Actually, ha means her in the ATRL slang, so, is Justin Bieber a woman? Edited April 24, 2017 by Pacaveli
Sgt. Pepper Posted April 24, 2017 Posted April 24, 2017 For EDM act, Chainsmokers is doing fine. The quality of the album is real bad though

dussymob Posted April 24, 2017 Posted April 24, 2017 The Chainsmokers will definitely scan Gold in the long run. When will this site stop hating?
TurntUp Posted April 24, 2017 Posted April 24, 2017 Is it Ain't Me ever gonna catch a break and go top 10??

The updates are undoubtedly going to level off as rolling effect kicks in. I mean it kinda was just released as if it had been the 3rd single from Joanne... no crazy "lead single" hype, promo, or deals but alright.

BB will count CMA sales toward Humbles point total, but not for the HDS Chart. That's why The Hills (Weekend) won the sales gain award despite falling to 11 on HDS when his previous album came out.

LOL but ofcourse the haters will once again do the most.. This. The song only had the digital sales on its favour. Bad streaming, youtube views, no promo, no radio support. We weren't expecting to debut in the 20s or something like that.

ARTPØP Posted April 24, 2017 Posted April 24, 2017 The Hot 100 has become such a stupid joke. I'm getting tired of all these top 10 debuts due to heavy streaming. I truly feel like only 4-5 songs in the top 10 are actual hits.

Chart history is full of such acts. the GP I would guess is rather inked off at the album, not having closer on it. Which means for many people, there's no need to buy it. I'm just stating that because of this it's gonna be less likely you'll ever see another chainsmokers ablum in the near future. This is why Djs like Calvin Harris and Martin Garrix arent doing ablums. Also,if it was any artist scoring a #1 and multiple top 10s in one year and release an ablum thatll barely scan gold in SPS would be dragged to oblivion on this site, but the Chainsmokers can't. And I'm not even dragging...im just stating how it wouldn't look good for the Chainsmokers to invest in another ablum with these sales. If they fall further next week ( more than 50%) and out of the top 10..theyll be talk of them even getting to gold which would make my points even more valid. Edited April 24, 2017 by JBJT2786

Also didn't you predict that they would leave the top 10 See above post to Chartsfan Also : Can't wait to see how the Chainsmokers sold and charted for the kiis. People were expecting them to be top 3 and 75k. Which was stupid considering HDD predicted 55k and they only did 6k better. I never said anything about dropping top 10 especially since #10 is was in the 30s ( otherwise this would be a completely different conversation)
