ARTPØP Posted December 21, 2020 Author Posted December 21, 2020 (edited) #10 Charli XCX "how i'm feeling now" Although this isn't my favorite Charli album, by far, it's still a really good electropop album. I was obsessed with how she made this in one month in front of her fans using social media. I wish more artists were that open about their creative process Fave Tracks pink diamond forever claws i finally understand anthems Spoiler Edited December 21, 2020 by ARTPØP
ARTPØP Posted December 21, 2020 Author Posted December 21, 2020 (edited) #9 BENEE "Hey u x" BENEE was an artist I first discovered this year and absolutely fell in love I definitely prefer her EPs to this album (Fire on Marzz & Stella + Steve) but this is a pretty solid debut effort I love how she experiments with indie pop, but also has a bit of a mainstream feel. ARTPØP Posted December 21, 2020 Author Posted December 21, 2020 (edited) #8 Miley Cyrus "Plastic Hearts" I absolutely love the direction that Miley took with this album The 80s glam pop rock / disco pop elements are everything and more I really think "Angels Like You" is a career highlight, too. ARTPØP Posted December 21, 2020 Author Posted December 21, 2020 #7 Halsey "Manic" Although, this isn't the direction I wanted this album to go, it's still a decent pop record. I would've absolutely loved for an album chock full of "Nightmare" and "3am" type songs. However, I think this album shows growth in Halsey's palette and how she can sound good in many different genres. ARTPØP Posted December 22, 2020 Author Posted December 22, 2020 (edited) #6 Ava Max "Heaven & Hell" Ava really slayed me with her debut album!
