I'm sure there's some other rappers. Maybe Jay-Z from the 00s.

She probably did this on purpose, she's that obnoxious lol.

Drake is eventually going to have the longest streak ever.

Rihanna: 14 years

Taylor Swift: 13 years

Drake - *12 years (and counting)

Mariah Carey: 12 years

Madonna: 10 years

Nicki Minaj: 10 years

are you listening to yourself? lol. what does an album have to do with a single?

yes an album doesn't have anything to do with a single

so she doesn't have a hit this era

get the concept?

Yeah, maybe one of the older ones too. Like the Supremes, Stevie or Aretha. I know MJ & Prince took frequent (commercial) breaks so they wouldn't.

Crazy, I'm surprised Jay didn't get one for the R Kelly collab album or any collabs in 2002. Could've been 03 Bonnie & Clyde if it impacted a few weeks earlier :weeps:

I can see Drake making it to 15-16.

I wonder how that success stan who brags about Taylor's sales and positions in literally every thread (and even capitalizes her pronouns) will try to spin this.

Yes. Even his "431 consecutive weeks charting on the Hot 100" record won't ever be broken. Post Malone was probably the only one who could get close and his streak ended at 198 weeks when Circles went recurrent. Meanwhile, Drake has started ANOTHER consecutive run (dated back to when God's Plan debuted on the Hot 100 back in January 2018) and has already charted for another 148 consecutive weeks since then.

As it stands, these are the longest streaks charting on the Hot 100. I don't see anyone reaching 431 weeks again unless maybe Drake himself does so a second time.

MOST CONSECUTIVE WEEKS CHARTING ON THE HOT 100

431 – Drake

326 – Lil Wayne

216 – Rihanna

207 – Nicki Minaj

198 - Post Malone

166 - Future

161 - Chris Brown

159 - JAY-Z

152 - Nelly

150 - Justin Bieber

*148 - Drake

116 - Cardi B

I think if she focused a bit more on the single instead of the whole album, it could chart this year. I don’t like her a bit but Cardigan is another unpromoted mess. Congratz to her for this huge career though :clap3:
