ugh, i had this long respnose typed out but atrl ate it!

anyway, this is a great top 5.  i enjoy all 5 of these albums and am happy to see that your top 3 from rina is correct.  she has like 3-4 songs that i dont like on the album but the rest is pretty top notch.

the fact that the guy from clipping is in hamilton takes me out of the fantasy sometimes :toofunny2: but im learning to live with it

Definitely recommend clipping if you're into more abrasive production :jamming:

but like hamilton is the peak of corniness and rich liberal feelgoodism and then clippping is... not that :ahh:  but either way yeah he's talented even if hamilton makes me cringe.

he's also in unbreakable kimmy schmidt!

SAWAYAMA at #1 surprised me a bit! It's definitely a good album, but it's losing with time for me, still love it tho!

And of course FN aoty :clap3:

Really good stand outs from both too!

FN vs Sawayama was a very hard decision, personally I listen to FN  WAY more and I see myself listening to it for a much longer time, but Sawayama is a way better crafted album and showcases many of Rina's talents through its tracklist, it's such an impressive album. Rina has the edge because of the musicianship she showed over FN which is mostly just well crafted bops.

I'm honestly surprised I haven't seen Charli XCX's album in many people's lists. Anyway, my favorite here is definitely Future Nostalgia.

That Clipping album seems like a RYM-only-loving kinda album LMFAO but lemme add it to my list.

But overall your top 5 is flawless! Especially an RTJ4 inclusion and your picks for Sawayama.

great top 10 :clap3: of the ones I've heard I loved all of them. Gonna have to give SHYGIRL a try since I keep seeing it popping up.

VOBBB is definitely very abrasive and not that accessible, but it's an amazing horror concept album, I do recommend it. RTJ4 is such an amazing album, I didn't really like it at first because I felt like RTJ3 pushes the envelope a bit more but it definitely grew on me a whole lot, might be my favourite album of theirs now :clap3:

Definitely give SHYGIRL a listen, I'm pleasantly surprised at ATRL giving her some recognition in these lists

:gaycat4: 2020 has been a slow but also great year for music, the albums are fewer in quantity but overall way better :jonny6: Ellie's album was middle of the road for me, I actually enjoyed the pop half better than the more personal half, but it's a solid work anyway.

Definitely check Leon out, she has an amazing voice :chick3: I recommend "You and I" from her 2019 album or "And It Breaks My Heart" from her 2020 one. As for Ellie I just felt like her album didn't really have a solid direction, it was mostly just meh tracks throughout, none that were bad but none amazing either, the pop tracks were bops though.

Hayley, Lianne, and Troye's EP in your HM's :clap3:

Leon's album was much better than her last effort, so it does deserve a bit of praise!

FN, HIFN and Sawayama :clap3:

I'm okay with that album missing out Top 50. :-$

In A Dream deserved to make it :shakeno:

I only heard Brightest Blue and it was a disappointment

how i'm feeling now could've been better overall, but there's several highlights in there :alexz3: Future Nostalgia + SAWAYAMA are both very, very strong. You chose the superior one for your #1, so that's great! :gaycat2: pink diamond, visions, Physical, Levitating, Dynasty & XS :clap3: Ellie and especially Troye/Hayley in your HMs :date:

Well damn this is over already??? Pretty solid Best Of!
