ATRL Moderator madonnas Posted December 17, 2020 ATRL Moderator Posted December 17, 2020 alexandra savior & polica: heard these, didn't spend enough time with them. probably would deserve a second chance. polica is very hit and imss with me because i hve to be in the mood for them. the girls will stan folklore from this set. but its fairly good, will prob be a hm for me.
Ewan Chaos Posted December 17, 2020 Posted December 17, 2020 I don't understand the Waxahatchee hate nnn I just keep seeing it even though she's kinda killing it on the Year End critic lists. Ooh STRFKER or however you spell it LOL released??? Lemme add to my list~ Ah there's Folklore! Alexandra Savior & Yumi! Ok, Alexandra's album I think was OK personally, I got a bit bored with it after a few listens but it's nice to see here. Yumi's album is actually really good. I wish I'd given it more spins; it would have been higher on my list. The last song is easily my fave.
Remmy Posted December 17, 2020 Posted December 17, 2020 folklore I don't worship it like everyone else does but it's definitely solid, you can't go wrong with Taylor yup! I'll start searching through some of the other albums tonight or tomorrow.

Mr. Loco Posted December 18, 2020 Posted December 18, 2020 I didn't love folklore as much as other of her albums, it's still really great tbh
Green Posted December 18, 2020 Posted December 18, 2020 Great to see Folklore here. It's one of her best albums for sure.
Alldeezy Posted December 18, 2020 Posted December 18, 2020 I couldn't get into Folklore sadly, even though I do love Taylor her videos from the album were cute though
Pink Matter Posted December 18, 2020 Posted December 18, 2020 From your last two sets I've only checked for Waxahatchee and Taylor. I actually quite liked the Waxahatchee album but I only listened to it once. Taylor was just alright though.
Orfeo Posted December 18, 2020 Posted December 18, 2020 Taylor Swift I hope to see in this Top to Paloma de la Guaracha con 4K
ikiru Posted December 18, 2020 Posted December 18, 2020 folklore is a wonderful album! I checked out Grace Joyner, because it was the cover art that stood out to me the most. I listened to "Hung The Moon" and it's so good! The chorus is lovely and so is her voice! Will add that album to my list!

Curious fact: Alexandra Savior's album was the first 2020 record I heard! Polica's album was rather strange. Sometimes I loved it and sometimes it didn't connect with me, but mostly I've liked it. 22 hours ago, Ewan Chaos said: I don't understand the Waxahatchee hate nnn I just keep seeing it even though she's kinda killing it on the Year End critic lists. They went full ambient there. There's a Yumi Zouma song that will end high on my songs ranking. 22 hours ago, TalkThatRihanna said: Folklore 18 hours ago, Remmy said: folklore I don't worship it like everyone else does but it's definitely solid, you can't go wrong with Taylor yup! His voice is unique, no doubt about it, but I feel like something's lacking in his songs. Confirmation is outstanding, though. 15 hours ago, Mr. Loco said: I didn't love folklore as much as other of her albums, it's still really great tbh I hope This Is Me Trying is among your favorite tracks 14 hours ago, Green said: Great to see Folklore here. dweebz Posted December 18, 2020 Posted December 18, 2020 Oop, Fiona not even making top 50. Its the way Shamika would have liked it. We stan a diverse list!
ATRL Moderator madonnas Posted December 18, 2020 ATRL Moderator Posted December 18, 2020 FIONA not even top 50 it stings, cause the 2 albums surrounding it were relative disappointments for me. caribou's forgettable and haim's had the shadow of summer girl/now im in it the whole time.

Honestly, I like the way Fiona creepily glances down at Caribou's album, meaning "what are you doing there? I should have been Top 50." Edited December 18, 2020 by Sunderland 4ever
Blue Rose Posted December 18, 2020 Posted December 18, 2020 Fiona flopping Caribou’s album is spectacular and shouldve been higher! Kelly Lee Owens has now been featured in 4 countdowns. Main Indie Girl
Mark Rih Posted December 18, 2020 Posted December 18, 2020 Oh wow at Fiona missing the top 50 excited for the top 40!
Ewan Chaos Posted December 18, 2020 Posted December 18, 2020 Ethan Gruska YAAAAAAAS. HAIM, Fiona, and Caribou back to back. Fiona so low though! But it's okay. Oh The Big Moon's album! That was one of the first albums I listened to this year as well, but not the first (I think the first was Field Music or w/e their name is). Take a Piece is my fave song too I think that album is somewhere on my top 100.
Pink Matter Posted December 18, 2020 Posted December 18, 2020 Haim Fiona not top 50 I remember listening to the Caribou album only once but I really liked it!
TalkThatRihanna Posted December 18, 2020 Posted December 18, 2020 More music i don’t know Let me wait for the next update
