Remmy Posted December 9, 2020 Posted December 9, 2020 After Hours is nice. Yeah, the fact that he wasn't nominated for o-n-e category is insane, especially when he was predicted to dominate by... pretty much everyone? Your trinity is solid, Faith needed a few plays to grow on me. Love how it goes into BL. DAMN DANIEL Dance Dance Dance, Watermelon Sugar, Bikini Pörn Kids Again, finally // beautiful stranger and Visions are great + easy album highlights The outro on Visions really is something. Let Me Cry is cute but one of my least favorites from S/L, and is easily the weakest if we only counted Side A.
hjelp Posted December 10, 2020 Posted December 10, 2020 Finally.... Halsey snapped on that one for once
ATRL Moderator Legend E Posted December 10, 2020 ATRL Moderator Posted December 10, 2020 Quote Excellent noise after hours I only like finally and watermelon sugar. flop update

Ewan Chaos Posted December 10, 2020 Posted December 10, 2020 Not Spotipop, I'm 100% using that term now After Hours!!!!!!! **** THE GRAMMYS
Lazuli Posted December 10, 2020 Posted December 10, 2020 after hours it's funny how even critics are ignoring it for the end of year lists i thought visions was a weird closer but it's still a bop watermelon sugar was cute last year but somehow when it smashed it became a massive bop to me
K$Ellie Posted December 10, 2020 Posted December 10, 2020 Surprised that HAIM flopped, both that and After Hours are great album Bikini **** Who's Laughing Now easily Ava's best (and only good) song x Damn Daniel and Finally are cute visions headache inducing

Psycho Posted December 10, 2020 Author Posted December 10, 2020 #6. Miley Cyrus - Plastic Hearts Favorites: Midnight Sky, Angels Like You, Prisoner So this album just came out but it's definitely one of my faves of the year! I enjoy all of the songs on the album (even my least favorite, Hate Me, is a cute bop). The covers were a cute addition but I don't use them as much. Just a solid and cohesive pop rock album with some HITS
Psycho Posted December 10, 2020 Author Posted December 10, 2020 #60. The Weeknd - Scared to Live This was such a collapse when he performed it on SNL An amazing power ballad #59. Katy Perry - Teary Eyes My favorite song on the album after Never Really Over This is just a great synth-pop song and the final chorus is amazing #58. Marshmello - Be Kind (with Halsey) This grew from a cute EDM moment to an excellent pop song with a wonderful chorus #57. Taylor Swift - cardigan Yes this may be low in your opinion but it's high in mine. A lovely folk moment with a very cute chorus #56. Ava Max - Belladonna This dark pop serve was a collapse... the one thing holding it back is the chorus lyrics for me. But I love that she served a more experimental and mature sound, and the adlibs and whistle notes at the end really take the song to a heavenly (or Hellish) place #55. Hayley Williams - Simmer (Caroline Polachek Remix) This is the only remix on my list The original was cute when it came out (which feels like ages ago) but this is the version I use. The So Hot You're Hurting My Feelings chanteuse snapped on this remix. The final chorus is a collapse. #54. HAIM - Don't Wanna This is basically The Steps more enjoyable sister. #53. Miley Cyrus - Night Crawling (feat. Billy Idol) This song sounds straight out of the 80s at first I wasn't in love with Billy Idol's part but it grew and he really elevates the song. An absolute synth rock banger #52. Lady Gaga - Stupid Love Y'all are gonna drag me to hell for this one... but the era where Stupid Love stuff was leaking was an iconic part of this year. I played this so much when it leaked The song just slaps (a lot harder than Rain On Me) and has aged surprisingly well. #51. Jessie Ware - Remember Where You Are An amazing closer to a wonderful album, it's very soothing and reminds me of a beautiful and warm sunrise in a city. The way the song builds is amazing, and I love the choir in the background.
TheWayWeWere Posted December 10, 2020 Posted December 10, 2020 I LOVED Stupid Love actually MV sucks, but the song itself is amazing banger Don't Wanna Cardigan was cute, but aged kinda bad... Be Kind
geodancefreak Posted December 10, 2020 Posted December 10, 2020 Be Kind, Nightcrawling, Stupid Love... Definitely some of my favorite songs this year, too
BlackoutZone Posted December 10, 2020 Posted December 10, 2020 Some very good entries again I'm one of the og Stupid Love enthusiasts too so Belladonna would be great if Ava didn't sing on it Surprised with the Simmer remix, I love it, but original is superior
dreamofyou Posted December 10, 2020 Posted December 10, 2020 cardigan deserves better but plastic hearts, night crawling, stupid love, teary eyes and scared to live
ATRL Moderator madonnas Posted December 10, 2020 ATRL Moderator Posted December 10, 2020 remember where you are making all the LISTS is such a pleasant surprise to me and belladonna is a bop too but i got over it quickly and moved onto others in the album. SIMMER CAROLINE POLACHECK REMIX? didn't know that was a thintg!!!!!!!!
Alex Posted December 10, 2020 Posted December 10, 2020 Plastic Hearts Belladonna (best song on Hell side) Night Crawling
mokitsu Posted December 10, 2020 Posted December 10, 2020 Teary Eyes 2nd best on Smile The steps > Don't wanna Scared to Live excellence
1998tweety Posted December 10, 2020 Posted December 10, 2020 Plastic Hearts excellent, her best album Night Crawling one of my favs off the album too. Teary Eyes, Be Kind, Cardigan; hit after hit after hit Stupid Love being there is... interesting
Enigmanotta Posted December 10, 2020 Posted December 10, 2020 YASSS Plastic Hearts! Great songs choices sans HAIM but you already knew I'd say that so let's ignore it.
luckystrike Posted December 10, 2020 Posted December 10, 2020 Teary Eyes so underrated Belladonna and cardigan too low, Stupid Love too high, Night Crawling massive banger also Plastic Hearts outserving several of the girls
JGibson Posted December 10, 2020 Posted December 10, 2020 cardigan + Simmer + Be Kind + Stupid Love + Don't Wanna
Tom Vercetti Posted December 10, 2020 Posted December 10, 2020 Live version is indeed better than album version of scared to live. I wanted to replace it on spotify but the audience ruins the immersion almost everytime
Ewan Chaos Posted December 11, 2020 Posted December 11, 2020 omg Remember Where You Are! Lowkey my favorite from the album. Stevie Wonder GREATNESS!!!!
