I really did not vibe with anything besides Rings a Bell unfortunately. Every single one of her other projects is just so so so much better. That's just me though.

Girl Code had stronger moments, Act Up alone i mean... the whole intro is a cultural reset (literally) and there's nothing like that on COL. I love a bit of COL though like Come Outside, ***** Talk and Jobs but I agree neither compete with their mixtape.

Cape God is FLAWLESS! I won't hear a bad word.

 

As for the rest.... I guess I only call this list messy cause I love being in denial about these albums. Rare, High Road and Chromatica are all pretty disappointing when I think about it. It's like come ON you're main pop girls - let's see quality.

 

All full of filler though.

I dont know the hate for Rare tbh it has many highlights. Maybe its just me. I like Dance Again, Kinda Crazy, Crowded Room, Let Me Get Me. Idk, its a good record but to each their own. High Road was okay ish I havent heard it much so I agree its a dissapointment.

But I agree with Cape God. Allie X seemed so promising when she came out with CollXtion I, that EP still goes off, but after that it all just went downhill (Science is amazing, though) and Cape God is no different.

Well Manic and It Was Good Until It Wasn't for starters. I kept seeing so much love for Manic in it's album thread so I decided to give it a chance (against my better judgment) and was sorely disappointed. Sounded like some Forever 21 background music. Kehlani's was just disappointing, especially after coming off of Honey and While We Wait.

Kehlani's album was so bland compared to SSS and Kesha's was embarrassingly bad, the way I liked these girls so much years ago

City On Lock is more or less what I'd expect from a City Girls album, some cute bops here and there but also turrible fillers

Kinda Crazy an underrated gem, see it the list above hihi.

overall the album is disappointing and I know she can deliver better.

Super Sunset was a re-peak from CLX1 but yeah she FELL with Cape God, and hard.
