It didn’t.

 

It could literally enter the Hot 100 at #100, or higher, and climb from there if these jumps on iTunes & AM continue. (Hopefully Spotify also).

It's not a specific 'trend' per se (as far as I can see). People are just using the sound a lot. I guess lots of people are discovering the song for the first time 

 

The audio has 56.6k videos and the hashtag has 393.6k views. The audio isn't official tho, I don't think Rih has any of her songs on tiktok
