Despite a few new songs debuting in the top 20, Miss Max still managed to climb to #19 this week and scored her 2nd consecutive top 20 hit  One hit wonder who??

They were Promo singles (or european singles). Kings & queens was the second official song that her label sent to USA radio after sweet but psycho..

According to Billboard So am I was "the follow up to SBS" and Torn was "her latest single"

 

After all, why would her label wait over a year in the US to capitalize on SBS success ?

Promo singles are still 'singles'...but not official ones..of course she released many songs after sweet but psycho... but the kings & queens was the official second single push in USA radios
