The Weeknd's "Blinding Lights" lifts 4-3 on the Hot 100, following its four-week command, and tops Radio Songs for a record-breaking 19th frame (80.5 million in audience, up 1%). It passes Goo Goo Dolls' "Iris," which dominated for 18 weeks in 1998 and held the mark all to itself for nearly 22 years for the longest Radio Songs rule since the chart started in December 1990.
