I feel like Shape Of You is blocking That's What I Like for revenge of Uptown Funk blocking Thinking Out Loud. I still think TWIL will top though in a couple weeks.

I'm pretty sure Scars To Your Beautiful peaked at #11 on digital as well. I could be wrong though :dancehall:

Is Humble a lock for #1? Or is it still too close to say ether way?

It could go either way. But Humble definitely looks to have an advantage :dancehall:

Think it's like 70-30 Humble, but it really could still be Shape Of You

I remember Scars peaked at #11 on iTunes position, not sure if it made it to the weekly digital sales.

I can tell my viewpoint isn't that popular on here, but that doesn't make me wrong and all of you right. Maybe if a single is strong enough for the Top 25 that would be an exception. But, unless an album track can garner enough airplay, which is still possible if radio notices its sustainable streaming and sales, it shouldn't be crowding out legitimate and promoted hits out of the Hot 100.

Well I agree with you.

And being the minority opinion on ATRL is always a great thing. Embrace it.

yeah it's not like they stay on for long.

The chart that has the problem is the UK Top 40. Was listening to the Duke and Dutchess interview and New Man is still #40. Ed is still selling like hot cakes in the UK so it's understandable but....

Makes no difference for the Hot 100. And not like Youtube makes you a lot of money anyway.

Wow, so he'll have 5 songs in the Top 20 next week, including 2 in the Top 5 and #1 (hopefully). Yass

but it's a weekly chart. why weekly chart needs to watch 3 weeks? it shows what songs are hot and popular in this particular week. not next two or something. only this one

Does Billboard count remixes and original versions as one now? Either way it's great to see a Spanish song in the top 10!

Which doesn't change my point. A song that sticks around 3 weeks, each week declining as its streaming declines,is not popular...

IMO it is. Popularity is not the same as "change in popularity". Are you suggesting the chart run by first differences?
