Top 10 still doesnt seem possible, might get 1-2 spots higher than 17, but still think 17 seems pretty accurate

With that radio update, it looks like Ed might stay at #1 after all.

Radio manipulation at its finest. People are moving away from radio but they think they are going to play a record every 4 minutes....

:rip: the accusation. Radios only play the song if people are willing to listen to it and is not switching to other stations when it's played. You can't payola when it's already over 200M.

From 0 t10s from multiple albums to 4 #1s in one? Hmm.

4 T10s from a single parent album rarely happens in the streaming era.

I miss the 5+ releases from albums, as I think 5 songs should be the minimum from an album. We've already discussed the inability to turn the clock back, but I REALLY wish labels would only release the songs for downloads and streaming upon the beginning of their promotion. That would extend the lives of the album, increase album sales, and would enable the return of 5+ hits from albums.

Yes, I already know people say pirating woud resume with a vengeance, but I still think albums and singles sales would benefit by the one track at a time procedure. For what it's worth, Luke Bryan just became the first act on Billboard's Country Airplay Chart to score six #1s from one album. Luke scored six #1s on MB with Crash My Party, but That's My Kind Of Night stalled at #2 on BBs audience-based CAC. Night also failed to reach #1 based on MB impressions, so he would've been stuck with 5 there had MB relied on audience for its rankings.

TWIL is now 15 million ahead of Closer's peak AI. SOY is still just slightly below UF's peak audience, but when measuring all the maxes over time, UF has a 20 M advantage over SOY. And the #3 song at radio is still only getting less than 1/2 the impressions of #1 (248.5 vs. 120.1).

    1   Humble     530  (+2)

        2   Shape Of You     522  (-1)

        3   That's What I Like     484 (-1)

The T 3 songs are exceptionally strong. Remember, we have had weeks when the #1 was 350-400 points.

That is why I said TWIL is near radio peak.  I just can't see two songs st the same time hitting SoY territory.  That will hurt TWIL chances for number one as it starts to lose AirPlay soon.  How much chance is to be told in the next couple weeks.

any other time, well also except UF time, would have seen aTwol at number one on BB by now with that AirPlay.

However, remember how strong Dark Horse, Happy, and All Of Me were through much of 2014. All three of those songs had consecutive and simultaneous weeks of 200+ MB AI. All Of Me actually peaked in points two weeks prior to reaching #1. In the end, AOM managed to outlast Happy to hit #1.

Yeah, because UF kept out an extremely (TOL) and very strong (Sugar) #2 songs while it was #1. Both finished in BBs year end Top 5, with TOL actually ranking #2, ahead of See You Again. Also Blank Space was quite strong when UF prematurely bumped BS out of #1. Had Simm been with us at that point, UF probably had multiple weeks of 650-700+ points, TOL probably closed in on 600 points, with Sugar well over 500 points. Trap Queen turned out to be big too, but it was stuck behind SYA.

However, it's not that unusual for the biggest and strongest #1 songs to keep very strong #2 songs that would otherwise hit #1 any other time in the year. All About That Bass and Shake It Off are perfect examples of that, as each would've hit 11-12 weeks at #1 had they hadn't had to compete against each other. And as I have already mentioned, Dark Horse, Happy, and All Of Me were all extremely strong songs. Happy just happened to have a few more points during its 10 weeks at #1.

Not here for TWIL to be blocked :!ohno: the song is sooo good and waaaaaaay better than SOY. Pull thru bruno :weeps:
