Selena has been consistent, my point is that Katy and Miley had huge eras before disappearing from the public consciousness and those were enough to gain a hefty amount of following that still places them high on the list, even if it's fair to assume that nowadays they're probably the ones gaining the least on average along with Avril and Britney. That being said, you could make a point about some of them using bots or buying followers.
