TEAM 1 - talented, brilliant, incredible, etc. i LOVE the concept and all of the looks work really well together and on their own for the theme.

 

luckystrike | Violet Chachki - this iconic serve  everything about this look is well done and the reveal is still gag worthy to this day. both looks are great on their own and even better together! violet basically won s7 at that moment and it was litrally the first challenge. #legendtingz

 

touya kinomoto | Gigi Hadid - this is really cute for the theme. on its own without the theme taken into context i might not like it as much, but it works really well for this. kinda wish there were some plaid incorporated into it but it still fits with the other looks with the red & black punk vibes.

 

Tsareena | Jaida Essence Hall - this f*cking SERVE is my favorite jaida look i think  it's literally perfection and i love everything about it. 

 

 

TEAM 2 - this feels a bit lazy? the concept isn't really that exciting and the looks aren't even THAT similar to warrant such a basic theme. you should've included individual photos too and the fact that you didn't even choose a full picture of jlo's look makes no sense. + the one photo you did send is kinda lq. even the photo order choice is off... i feel like aquaria should've been in the middle to make it more symmetrical since her look is different and bigger than the other 2. also the picture you used for trinity literally has the instagram arrow included in the screenshot alkdfjsl. on a positive note though, all of the looks are stunning and i could see them possibly being in the same collection together

 

Rotunda | Trinity the Tuck - a gorgeous look

 

Guero | Rihanna - a GORGEOUS and iconic look

 

Moonlightbae | JLo - a gorgeous look, wish we could see the full thing tho

 

 

TEAM 3 - i'm having some mixed feelings about the theme choice since naomi's look is literally from a wizard of oz challenge and the other two looks are kinda reaches to different extents. the presentation is really well done so good job on that. naomi smalls and naomi campbell's looks work really well together and could definitely be from the same collection, but leonie's look does not go with the other two looks AT ALL. i also have mixed feelings about the looks on their own

 

Staryu | Leonie Hanne - i feel like you had the easiest assignment out of all 3 and yet you still have the most boring and least coordinated look alksfkjd. the boots are giving me tin man but the dress isn't really? i would've preferred a solid silver dress rather than this floral (?) silver dress. as a look on it's own, i don't really like the boots and dress together + the dress is kinda underwhelming. maybe you could've done better individually and as a group if ms leonie would've taken some notes from tcg9 silver round and overall winner natasha poly and done THIS: x

 

Taylucifer | Naomi Campbell - it's giving more tiger, cheetah, and leopard print, than lion fur, but i'm not super mad because the message is still conveyed. i'm not a huge fan of this as a standalone look (mainly because the top feels messy and i hate that heel) but i think it's cute for the theme and works really well with naomi's look given they're both skirts with different prints and patterns.

 

DevonRoars | Naomi Smalls - i mean obviously she's serving scarecrow from wizard of oz since that was litrally the assignment for this look and she won for it. she definitely deserved her win because it's on theme and a great look.

 

 

TEAM 4 - gorgeous looks that go well together (obviously considering they're big tulle gowns from the same designer kii. not really mad about it tho since all three looks are great and coordinated). the "blonde bubbles" thing is a bit of a reach but the powerpuff theme is cute and it still works so i'm not that mad about it either. 

 

kipperskipper | Cindy Bruna - really beautiful. love the color (love the color in all of the other looks too). also love the structure.

 

Thecptz | Araya A. Hargate  - don't have much to say other than she's serving baby duck and i love it  

 

boys | Olivia Palermo - she's getting buried a biT with all that tulle around her neck and shoulders and i wish there were a bit less of it but i like the look overall and she's not really letting the dress wear her even tho it is a bit much at the top

TEAM 1

Overall: Cute theme. Came together very well.

 

Violet: Very iconic look, but it's not that great on its own imo.

Gigi: Style over substance. The look itself isn't that great, but it fits well for the theme you chose.

Jaida: The best look here.

 

TEAM 2

Overall: Not super exciting of a concept, but it was well done nonetheless.

 

Trinity: This look was ugly on Aquaria and it's ugly on Trinity, I am so sorry queen.

Rihanna: Still stunning.

J.Lo: Best look of the bunch. It's sublime.

 

TEAM 3

Overall: Y'all kinda went OUT there for the theme. But did it pay off? We'll see.

 

Leonie: I love how abstract this is for the tin man, but it's really nothing special at the end of the day. Nonetheless, I again like how abstract it is. It's kinda clever in a way.

Naomi [1]: I don't like how the skirt pieces were just layered on top of each other. It looks weird. I'm just not a big fan at all this week.

Naomi [2]: This is still excellent.

 

TEAM 4

Overall: This felt a lil lazy to me. The Powerpuff Girls theme was cute on its own, but I wish you didn't all do the same tulle gown.

TEAM PLAID + PUNK - I actually.. really like this? It really feels like it could be a collection/fashion show irl too. The pieces go well together, are decent on their own and I love that you guys thought of the order of appearance here, something not crucial, but surely a nice bonus

• Violet - it's cute. Not that special but obvs the reveal sells it (and smart to open with this)
• Gigi - probably the weakest of the bunch.. but I don't hate it. I like the styling here but obviously the outfit itself isn't as interesting as the other two. That said, I think this hits the brief, and I think it's essential that you guys had this in the collection. It's also a nice change of pace to have this in the middle x
• Jaida - easily the best look here. Love it

TEAM CRYSTALLINE DREAMS - hmm.. I guess? I feel like you guys could've put in a little bit more work. I don't know if this is that mindblowing as a collection idea, and you guys just put pictures and called it a day. I don't even expect big and beautiful graphics but certain things certainly could've been added. That said, it's cohesive, and all the outfits are good so x

 

• Trinity - It does look a bit odd at points.. esp the eyes  I like the fabric tho and I don't hate it
• Rihanna - perfection (poor you sacrificing this before the nude round has even come this season  oh well!)
• JLO - Cute, love the beading work. 

TEAM WIZARD OF OZ - this could've been a cute idea.. but it just.. does not work? It looks clunky and to me feels like the one team that I can't realistically see a collection of with these outfits  

 

• Leonie - it's just.. not that special
• Naomi - I'm sorry but the fact that there is no lion fur or whatever, but just the prints of other feline animals is kinda taking me out sjsjsj. Anyways one plus is that this outfit and Naomi's sorta.. look similar, the only downside is that this is ugly
• Naomi S - Was never the biggest fan of this, but it works here (and for the challenge on rpdr) so i'm not too mad at this. 

TEAM BOYS AND FRIENDS - kind of feel the same way as team crystalline dreams where I'm not too excited at the collection idea considering it's all just very similar looking dresses here as well.. but this is still decent. I like the added touch of the fact that is all dresses by the same designer so I can't say that these don't belong together x

 

• Araya - best of the group.. tho it's a bit messy that this ain't blue  
• Olivia - would've been great with a little less fabric up top, it looks like it's swallowing her a bit. The bottom is nice
• Cindy - the top here.. looks kinda.. weird and disjointed, from the bottom part which is really pretty here

TEAM 1 –  I understand what y’all were going for, but to me, it felt like you had Violet and Jaida with plaid, and then tried to reach to make Gigi work with the other two. It doesn’t help that I’m not really getting punk from Gigi’s outfit… the neck up maybe. Gigi truly felt like an afterthought here. But if I ignore that, I liked the concept and it does work as a whole.

Violet’s look a classic, Gigi’s look absolutely not, Jaida’s look is impeccable.

 

TEAM 2 – Okay cute, I think you all fit what you were going for and individually, all 3 looks are really nice. I do wish that there was more going on. Also, they do follow a theme, but they're also too different to look like they're from the same collection, which is the biggest issue for me. Trinity's look is very nice, especially the accessories, Rihanna obviously looks stunning, and JLo looks stunning as well even with the mop on her head!

 

TEAM 3 – We love a nice formatting and creative themes. Unfortunately, my critique for team 1 applies to you except even more. This definitely feels like you had Naomi Smalls’ look and then tried to kind of find two other looks that would kind of a bit fit-ish the theme. Naomi Smalls looks great and it fits what you were going for. Naomi Campbell… all the different patterns are not that cute to me and despite having like 5 patterns, they ain’t lion. The tinman for Leonie… absolutely NOT luvies, this is not tinman at all and the outfit itself isn’t really cute anyway.

 

TEAM 4 – I really want to like this and I do, but Araya wearing yellow when Bubbles is blue…… The way you put the emphasis on “blonde” to put emphasis on the reach. Araya’s look is amazing, love that. I feel like there’s a bit too much going on in the shoulders for Olivia, but she still looks amazing. Cindy looks great as well. As a whole, I really liked this, I just really wish y’all didn’t reach for the blonde bubbles who actually wears blue.
