On Friday, after submitting his Google form entry, @Touch It messaged me to change his Part 9 entry (catchiest chorus) to something else. I accidentally copied his change into the Part 7 column (worst lyric) of the spreadsheet sent to the judges, which resulted in him getting eliminated from the challenge. Since two parts of Touch It's challenge submission were not what he intended, there is no way for us to 100% guarantee where he would have ranked in this challenge. If he made it to the final two rounds, he would have won immunity without any question (first place both times). As such, because we do not know if my mistake cost Touch It from making it to the final rounds, @rl231 and I have decided to give him immunity as well this round. His average score will be bumped to a 9.0 (average of his current score of 8.0 and the first place score of 10.0). As part of this compromise, however, Touch It will not be considered part of the top three for Searching the Galaxy purposes. The galaxy will be limited to Clueless, NTLM, and Staryu. Finally, we will not accept edits to your submissions after the fact moving forward. It's too risky clearly. Finalize your entry and then send it to us. Thanks and apologies for any confusion!
